Very comfortable and well designed rooms

Nice hotel with a location a being a bit off. But is was quiet and clean, a reasonably sized room and a decent restaurant and bar.

We had an excellent stay here. The hotel is very pleasant and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious, exceeded expectations.

Very disappointing, breakfast was awful Evening meal medioca , no atmosphere, staff inexperienced, not a hotel to go to if you want 3star and above. Over priced Standard way below what is advertised.

The edge of the showers in the Male changing room look horrible with the Algy on the walls

The stay in the room was good however the receptionist was quite rude to us when we went to ask about filling the kettle up. Her tone wasn't nice and neither was her telling us to fill the kettle up using the sink in the bathroom as we found that unhygienic.

The room is newly renovated and car park place is good location. Breakfast is must buy item, otherwise you will be sorry to miss this delicious.

Lovely hotel in general, good location but can be a touch noisy with A31 next to it. Lovely and clean, small ladybird cluster in room but no issues, but found room very warm.

Our stay was wonderful. However, when i attempted to use the self-service checkout because no one was at the desk, the tablet insisted that my name did not match the room number.

Nice property with fantastic staff, I was going to an event close by but forgot to print the tickets, so asked reception if they would mind printing them for me, which they kindly did. Once I had returned home I realised I had left behind my Apple pen, when I contacted the hotel regarding this they were able to locate the pen and return it to me, thank you

Good place to stay for one night while taking son to University. Could hear pretty clearly room next door.

Room was ok size, but everything looked a bit tired. Mould around the window, no air-con - which I would have expected for the price. Breakfast was OK but again the breakfast room was grubby, and plenty of empty tables that hadn't been cleaned away. The staff I dealt with were all pleasant and helpful, but for the price I had higher expectations of this hotel.

Room was great but bar area very unappealing. Dark and dingy, felt more like a corridor.

The hotel is lovely, rooms are clean and it is a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately my room was red hot, despite the provided fan, and I had drunk all the provided water and used towels to dampen and lay across me in the night. I left the hanger asking for my room to be made up and when it wasn't, I checked with reception and was told that housekeeping only visit a room every "three or four days". The staff couldn't have been more helpful though - it was lovely to see them interact with some of the more elderly and less able guests too.
