There is a charcoal grill for making your meal times a breeze. Plenty of outdoor seating on the deck in captain chairs, adirondacks or at the table on the upper deck enjoying your morning coffee or a meal. Below there is a large picnic table with seating for the whole gang. Rocking chairs to sit & enjoy the ocean breezes & settle into. Our home has an open and airy family room with cozy seating and multiple sliding doors that open onto the partially covered deck for great views of sunrises and sunsets, a nice start & end to the day. Relax with the HD TV that allows for access to your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Stay connected with Free Wi-fi from Xfinity prime internet and streaming capabilities. Our home is also equipped with a Ring security camera at the entrance of the upper and lower areas for added security when property is unoccupied, verify maintenance crews, verify check-in/check-out. We have also placed in our home hand sanitizer, hand soap, travel size toiletries and laundry soap for our tenants use. The dining area seats 8 at the bar height table attached to the kitchen and 6 around the table.
