Bring your own coffee for drip. ★All linens included ★TWO sets of washers and dryers ★Pack & play with sheets and a high chair 1 Beach towel available per guest but will need to be laundered along with pack and play sheets - these are not included in cleaning fee. 4 outdoor cameras for safety, two driveway facing and two back yard facing. We ask that loud noises be kept to a minimum after 10PM outside to not disturb those families.*** We will be redoing our bed configuration after October 10, 2025. The ground floor will be 4x full sized beds (removing bunk beds). Total bed count will be 4x full (2 per bedroom on ground floor), 1x queen (upstairs bedroom) and 1x king (upstairs bedroom). Pictures will be updated after the change is made. Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $275 per clean.
