Not very clean in the elevator. The check in clerk did not mention the hours for breakfast. Which was just as well as breakfast was next to nothing- tiny muffins, instant oatmeal packets, dry cereal and bananas. Ice machine out of order on third floor. A/C very loud in the room.

Smelt like eeed when you walk in. After the **** smell in the lobby area.... all you can smell is a strong fragrance of cleaners. (Not in a good way) Front desk check-in was nice and prompt. I requested a disabled room, I did not get one. The room served it's purpose. @ check-out I seemed to bother the clerk.

The room itself was clean. The bathroom had a couple of issues, namely the fact that the pipes under the sink were not even connected so any water run through the sink spilled out into the floor. The shower faucet was so lose that it was hard to turn off once it got started. Beds were clean and room itself was clean. The hallways looked like they were a few weeks without being vacuumed. Staff was friendly and even though it was advertised as a non-smoking hotel, the lobby had a strong smell of smoke.

We booked a double queen "suite". I'll start with the only positive thing i can manage to say... the gentleman at the front desk definitely tried to help when he could. He provided towels bc there weren't enough in the room, he brought a tv remote bc there wasn't one in the room, he came up to check the sink that didn't have running water but he couldn't do anything about that, and he came back to help us get hot water in the shower, which was totally our fault bc we weren't turning the knob properly. The entry to the hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke. This was the most disgusting hotel we've ever stayed in! Missing ceiling tiles and leaky spot on the first floor. Their "breakfast" was cereal and milk, instant oatmeal, or prepackaged mini muffins. There's graffiti scratched on the inside of the elevator in multiple spots. Trash and dirt on the carpets all throughout the halls and stairwell. Don't waste your money!!

clean simple no frills room bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it’s decent for a 1 or 2 night stay and the shower pressure could have been a lot better but good location and good for the price

This hotel is very convenient for me. It was a Microtel Hitel when I started staying here. It is “no frills” but clean and close to interstate and Mall.

It was the most nasty experience l ever had in a hotel the room literally move everytime we walk around the room we got real dizzy l ask to be moved which they did but the room was detail duty l would never stay there again

Some kind of nasty spill all over walls. Toilet ran all night. Extremely noisy. Extremely disgusting……. Hallways reeked of smoke, all kinds. Terrible experience.

The only light in the bathroom was the one on the mirror, so I had to take a shower in dim light. The toilet would not flush inless I held the handle down and then would not stop running unless I jiggled the handle. The lighting in the room was very dim. About 3 am, a car backed up to the front of the building and started playing rap at a VERY high volume and nobody asked them to turn it down. All night long, you could hear people in the hallway being loud and you could hear every step that the people in the room over mine were making. Didn't sleep much at all. Horrible experiance.
