Premier Inn Exeter City Centre

The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!

Always choose Premier Inns whenever we travel the Uk, as always clean, modern and friendly service. One thing and one thing only……no toilet brush in toilet!!!

I recently stayed at Premier Inn, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, with a perfect balance of modern amenities and charming decor that immediately made me feel welcome. Nice

Fantastic stay all along! There was a power cut while on our second night stay and ohhh man people are vile, the staff did everything they could to maintain a positive vibe, but everyone was going at them. My heart went out to them and I wanna thank to both of them for maintaining their cool even though the situation was undesirable. Service was 100% everyone being super helpful and kind even though you could see how stretched they were. Breakfast was delicious as well as dinner, we did the meal deal, so worth the price. Keep up the good work everyone!

Very disappointed with our stay this time, nosey early morning. Delivery very early outside our bedroom for probably half an hour or more. Very early below us on both mornings an unacceptably loud music below our bedroom in a gym! Complained at desk, reception said they would get back to me. To date we have heard nothing. We are in the same business though on a much much smaller scale but would have expected as told for reception to get back to us. In fact there was barely any staff, had ti wait at length at bar and at reception. One of the staff requested a bar staff and his attitude was really unacceptable and we were made to feel a hindrance. This was to us and anyone that wanted bar service. It was really unacceptable.

I stayed on the first floor in Exeter City Centre Premier Inn. I stayed for 2 nights and on both days during the evening, there was loud music pulsating through the room and I could hear a lady talking through a microphone . I spoke with the lady on reception, and was told that my room and others on the first floor are above a gym/dance studio and that the noise can be heard in a few first floor rooms. She assured me that the music would not go on later than 8:30! She said there was nothing else she could do. Since coming home I have emailed customer service only to be told that external noise is out of their control and noise is to be expected in a city location. I would not have expected a Premier Inn hotel to have rooms above adance studios!!! I’m very disappointed with my stay here as it was not the quiet relaxing break I had envisioned.
