This is a very special and unique place full of charm, character and personality. Amazing views from the comfortable bedrooms, friendly & helpful staff and Chef Dimitri does a great job in the kitchen. Hoping to return again soon!

Do not stay at this hotel if you have any mobility issues. Even though we booked a room on the first floor, we were advised at check in time that there are stairs to get to the first floor. We asked to be allowed to cancel the reservation because my wife’s ankle was broken and she was in a cast, they flatly, refused and charged us one night stay as a cancellation fee. The reservation was made one day before within the 24 hour cancellation., So there was no way that we prevented the room from being rented to someone else. Total lack of compassion or service mentality. Do not stay here!

Fabulous place. Staff were super friendly. Food was amazing although dinner was really expensive but worth it. Would thoroughly recommend

We spent a weekend here with my twin sister and her husband from the UK to celebrate our birthday. We had two bedrooms with stunning views over lake Geneva. Spotless with plenty of charm if a few too many things. Fabulous meals on the terrace overlooking the lake. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely walks and a fine art exhibition in town. Highly recommended.

My one night stay TOTALLY exceeded all my expectations. I loved this hotel and their kindly charming service. I will definitely be back

Very bad hospitality and very races , he asked for the vaccine pass which we have and full vaccinated but because its not french he refuses to let us in .. he should put s sign that they only except french people !!!! What about if i am french snd i took my vaccine in the USA ???

First impression: don’t read all the bad comments, mostly from the frustrated people ! This place is just sooooo beautiful, charismatic; it feels you are at home. We loved it. Room: to be honest, a bit small; yet confortable (all is there m, big bathroom, nice bed but don’t expect a suite) and perfect for our expectations. Restaurant:no words. Amazing, place to go (we are foodies, this a really good restaurant). Staff: really friendly, they want what’s best for you and you f’really feel like a guest, « they want you here ». Conclusion; if you search for a charm in Evian, this is the place. Expectations were not overly high after reading some of the bad comments, but when we arrived, we fell in love.

Le personnel est très acuillant et serviable. Déco atypique et très chargée, on aime ou pas! L'hôtel et les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable avec de bonnes odeurs ambiante. Côté chambre, un peu déçu, très petite et pas insonorisée du tout.. Côté restauration, les assiettes sont bien présentées. La cuisine manque cependant de saveur.... Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, il ne manque rien! Quand au Spa c'est parfait. Bon séjour avec un super beau temps et une vue magnifique.
