back in our neighborhood! This was such a lovely stay in the neighborhood we used to live in. A very easy and clear check in process, instructions to the garage and unit were clear and concise. Laundry in unit was a pleasant added bonus. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Excellent location and perfect Evanston stay The management (Michelle) is very good at this property. It was clean and well maintained. If you need anything she gets it for you immediately. I will be back! Beautifully furnished, a nice balcony and the pool and deck area are lovely.

Great location and amenities Loved the secure location of this unit. Having the assigned parking space in a secure parking garage was an added bonus. The roll away bed was a surprise. Plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen appliances. Added perks were beach towels, bag, ironing board, laundry supplies, and a box fan (a huge hit for my family). There was a nice community center and work area that my husband utilized during our stay. The pool was very nice as well as the patio. This location was very quiet and clean. I felt safe walking to Target and a few other places in the area.

Beautiful apartment in Evanston This apartment is beautiful, very clean, spacious, and in a great location. We utilized the parking garage included - it was an adventure parking our F150 in there but so convenient! It was cozy and so comfortable - wouldn’t change a thing Michelle texted to make sure we had all we needed and was so kind. We would stay here again
