We stayed 5 days over Christmas, we saw no staff for the first 3 days, no service, help or breakfast (making sure we knew that we need to order it the day before would have helped) as all restaurants were closed on Christmas day. Then when we finally saw the owner on day 4 she had a bad attitude, did not welcome us or even fake a smile. Later complained about our kids (2&4) playing, asked us to remove our luggage the night before we checked out (so we dont make noise) then dismissively asked us to stop communication when we queried it. They billed us wrongly, double charged us for breakfast and unused services. Rooms were cold, we found spiders, wifi didnt work, small oldish bathroom. Extra lumpy bed unusable yet charged. But worst of all just a horrible host with a bad attitude.
