Clean, quiet and safe. This is a cute updated apartment. Well Stocked kitchen including a Toaster and Kerig coffee maker. Bring your favorite coffee and use the refillable kerig container. No cooking ingredients supplied. Beds in large bedroom comfortable. Bed in single room very firm. We had to turn up the heat and leave the bedroom doors open as the main heater is in the living room. They do have a space heater to use. Washer and dryer are newer and worked great. This Apartment is on a busy street, but we did not hear the traffic.

Garage attachment to main house in Eugene, Oregon Bathroom tiny and some repairs needed throughout, but nice place and close to groceries. Nice bedding and beds.
