이코스 안달루시아 - 올 인클루시브(Ikos Andalusia)

놀라운 가족 친화적인 5성급 호텔. 7월에 2세와 5세 어린이 없이 2주 동안 이곳에 머물렀는데, 수영장 온도는 완벽하게 따뜻했습니다. 큰 아이는 메인 수영장에서 제공되는 수영 강습을 즐겼습니다. 수영장 주변의 음료/음식 서비스는 빠르고 맛있었습니다. 모든 레스토랑의 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 보통 3개의 코스를 주문했고 원할 경우 추가로 거의 매일 밤 레스토랑에서 식사를 했습니다. 뷔페는 한두 번 정도였습니다. 아이들이 잘 준비되어 있는지 물어보면 메뉴에 없는 것도 모두 제공해 줄 것입니다. 우리는 키즈 클럽/어린이집을 이용하지 않았기 때문에 코멘트를 할 수 없었지만, 제 딸들은 밤에 즐길 수 있는 엔터테인먼트, 특히 늦었지만 계속해서 볼 가치가 있는 디즈니 쇼를 좋아했습니다. 우리는 개인 정원 스위트룸에 묵었는데 우리 가족에게 완벽했습니다. 테슬라를 고용하지 않았거나 다른 도시에 제공되는 버스를 이용하지 않았습니다. Whats 앱 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 직원들의 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 저는 어린 자녀가 있는 가족에게 이 호텔을 100% 추천하고 싶고, 꼭 재방문할 것입니다. 멋진 숙박을 제공해 주신 Ikos에게 감사드립니다!

We have just returned from Ikos Andalucia. I will start at the beginning. When we arrived a little after six in the evening, we were received very poorly. Virtually nothing was explained and we didn't know where to go at all. We had to figure everything out for ourselves. The first evening we had dinner at Beach Club. There was absolutely nothing to complain about here and we enjoyed our first evening. Furthermore, we went to the bar for a while. The main bar is rather small considering the number of people in the bar. The cocktails are not special and are very sweet and no quality fresh produce used at all. Arrived at the room: no warm welcome with a bottle and a snack. Totally nothing in the room. Very sad for a hotel 5 star deluxe. Also never experienced before. Our room was very small. We had a superior seaview. We had room 1313. We had absolutely no place to put our suitcase. There were also dirty chairs (photos can be supplied), stubborn spots on the terrace and a place to put something was completely stained with big black streaks. There was also a very pungent sewer smell in the room during our stay and a very dull mouldy smell in the shower. Dissatisfaction was reported to you as early as the beginning of the stay but all you offered us was 1 night in a higher room type: the last night when we had to pack our bags. We were completely ignored. Further, I had asked to get cola zero deca and Nespresso deca in the room for health reasons, but after 1 day, this was not spontaneously delivered to the room. Furthermore, we never received large bath towels during our 6-day stay and I had to ask for flannels to be brought to the room daily. Regarding reservations in the a-la-carte restaurants, I would like to point out that it is not normal that you absolutely cannot deviate from the original reservations. Result: ended up in the buffet restaurant almost all evenings due to absolutely no flexibility from the hotel. Furthermore, the entertainment and evening entertainment was below par for a hotel of such a category. Entertainment like White Night below par. Experienced White Night earlier this year at Ikos Olivia and there they did pay due attention to the event and it was a really fun experience for the whole family. The last afternoon went to eat at Fresco. I had a sole with fries there. A Mac Donalds menu looks more appetising. Again, photos can be supplied. Requested certain wine on the wine list and no longer available. Then a hot bottle of wine was offered as an alternative. Furthermore, I would like to raise the issue of the beach. This is totally unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Absolutely nothing has been done about the state of the beach. As a final point, I would like to let you know that all the info on the app is out of date. Furthermore, I got a very harsh impression that these were the last days. Staff who were no longer friendly, wines that ran out,.... This morning at the hotel, at 8.30 am we could not get into our room as our

We loved every moment of our holiday at ikos andalusia, from arrival to depature it was just amazing. The service, the staff, the place, everything just exceeded our expectations. The deluxe staff around the pool such as Dora, Shannon and Andrea were just the loveliest and all made us feel really special. As did all the staff. Katerina was always about to check we were ok and nothing was too much trouble. The food, the hotel, the setting is just out of this world. Even the gentleman that tops the mini bar realised we had twins so always left us two of every treat for them. We cannot thank the team enough and we will see you all next year! (We booked again 2 days after our return)

Facilities are fantastic, the Food was excellent and every staff member was friendly and very helpful. Everyone couldn’t do enough to help, and I was at ease the whole time. The bikes were a great touch. Each pool was individual and private. The family sections were illustrated clearly and meant relaxing in adult only areas was very achievable. The room was fantastic and private garden was the icing on the cake

After 8 days in Deluxe at the fabulous IKOS Andalusia the room and food continues to be superb! But for my wife and I it’s the staff that set this hotel apart. So a massive shout out to the staff at the hotel, beautiful location but even better staff, simply wonderful. Awesome example of customer service, totally consistent, warm, genuine and welcoming. Management are exceptional in the form of Dionisis and he is lucky to have such a brilliant team working with him congratulations. I will endeavour to mention the key people who have made the difference to our holiday apologies if I have missed anyone but literally all staff go above and beyond their duties to make your holiday memorable. Special mention to the amazing sommeliers Sia and Alicia - both highly skilled in their subject matter and matching the wines to our food was a delight. The Deluxe pool team lead by Maria and her team of Andrea, Dora, Shannon, Adrian and Mateo and the mixologists and magic makers behind the bar! Special mention also goes to Iffy at the Ouzo restaurant - her food recommendations really hit the spot! Samuel and Vicky also made our meal at Anaya (Asian cuisine and my favourite restaurant) and Samuel’s wine knowledge was exceptional also! Favourite desert has to be the tipsy pineapple pudding from the Dinner on the Beach menu…which was again another outstanding meal in a beautiful setting on the beach over looking the Rock of Gibraltar and North Africa! Breakfast in Seasons was a lovely start to the day with the attentive staff and we even saw a large pod of dolphins swim past. Cristina’s welcome and Fefi service and help with choices made this restaurant extra special also! So all in all I cannot speak more highly of IKOS Andalusia and we are looking forward to returning in September later this year!

Ikos Andalusia you were wonderful. We had an amazing time. Having been to other Ikos resorts in Greece, we were interested to see how it was in Spain. Everything was superb. Vicky we brought us drinks at the scented pool was just a joy, as was the whole service team at Oliva. Giorgos at Ouzo was also worthy of note. By mentioning these people I am not excluding others, I just don’t have the names to mention them all individually. If you are reading this review my feeling about the Ikos brand is that they make me feel special in a way that no other hotel has made me feel.

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful especially Dennis, our son went for a little walk on his own for 15 mins and Dennis and his team quickly helped us to find him. Even once we found him at the bar they were constantly checking to see if we needed anything.

Excellent service by every member of staff. Chance to do a variety of sports. Many classes laid on. Food varied and the win list endless. The beds are comfortable and the rooms cleverly laid out. We organised our own Padel coaching away from the hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing week. The hotel was excellent from start to finish. Staff were amazing from the front desk, restaurants to pool staff. We spent most of our days relaxing at the scented pool, and we were thoroughly looked after by Vicky, Maria and Konstinos to name a few. The food was amazing at flavours and also in all of the restaurants. We would definitely recommend
