I had high hopes for Dar L'Oussia based on the location and photos, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the building itself is beautiful and the location near the medina is convenient, the overall service and attention to detail left much to be desired. The room felt outdated and not as clean as expected for the price. There was a persistent damp smell, and the furniture seemed worn. Basic amenities like towels and toiletries were not always replenished unless we asked. The restaurant was a mixed experience—dinner was fine, but not memorable. Portions were small and the flavors didn’t live up to what you’d expect from Moroccan cuisine. Breakfast was repetitive and not very fresh. As for the spa, I booked a hammam and massage, but the facilities felt a bit neglected. The ambiance wasn’t relaxing—more like a basement than a wellness area. The massage was average at best and felt rushed. Staff were polite but not very engaged. It seemed like the place had once been great but had lost some of its charm and quality over time. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it unless major improvements are made.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious room. Awesome view of the Atlantic Ocean from the rooftop. We had an amazing breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with a remarkable sunrise view by the ocean. Staffs were good. There is a bar and a boutique in the ground floor. Overall very nice experience

Beautiful hotel and nice location, however, all rooms are above ground level and there is no elevator. Lots of winding staircases so if you have knee problems or have physical impairments, I would not recommend this hotel. The service is also extremely slow. It took over 40 minutes for a server to bring a glass of wine and a bottle of beer. Housekeeping didn’t not clean the rooms until late in the afternoon. Also, there is no AC or fridges in the room. The staff was all super nice and the rooftop terrace offers stunning views

I loved the location. It was literally beside the shopping/tourist areas. It was the only place i felt safe venturing on my own. they have a cute gift shop. I loved that they reuse vintage fabrics for their new fashion. They really should expand it more Staff friendly. slight pushy in terms of trying to get you to eat at their hotel. Only issue. NO elevator. have to go up and down the stairs. their restaurant is on the roof top so quite a number of stairs to go up Rooms were clean Toilet room... slight odour to it. Shower. lip is low so sometimes can flood the floors if not careful. Has a safe. Rooms a bit on dim side even with all lights on. Internet was adequate but at times slow. Breakfast - it was all carbs. wish that it had some meat to the meals we had lunch here. Fish was fresh and lovely.

Super nice Riad in the middle of a beautiful town. We loved the Riad, it was super comfortable. Many stairs to climb to get to the roof top for breakfast. Not friendly for people with disabilities. They made very good margaritas.
