투이 매직 라이프 푸에르테벤투라 - 올 인클루시브(Tui Magic Life Fuerteventura - All Inclusive)

Me and my husband had a brilliant time at TUI magic life.first time in jandia!!we have been too futerventura a few times now.but this was the best.our room was lovely.the bed was so comfortable and the maids kept it spotless.the whole off this hotel is 10 out off 10 for the cleaning..food was fantastic and and the drinks were great too..thankyou TUI magic life..we will be back one day

###WARNING### When I arrived Saturday 20th April 2024 the fitness pool was closed and stayed that way for the week. The main lake pool which is the largest pool looked in desperate need of repair due to many areas of the pool missing tiles. I’m writing this post because during my stay a lady cut herself on the broken tiles in the main lake pool. I was also advised to be careful in the pool by one of the entertainment staff as a previous guest required stitches due to another cut from the broken tiles. When I raised my concerns at the TUi desk and asked why they are still allowing guests to use a pool they know is dangerous, they had no answer. I also asked why they did not inform me of the pool closure and terrible state of the lake pool before I travelled, once again they had no answer. After a very difficult complaints procedure I sent TUI an email with pictures and detailed how dangerous the lake pool is. They offered an apology, £71 or a voucher for £143 off a future holiday. Very poor from TUI in every department and I will not be booking another TUI holiday! Unless both pools are fully repaired, my advice would be don’t risk it!!

TUI Magic Life Fuerteventura is exceptional for the price, we travelled as a couple for the week and we really appreciated the facilities. There is a gym, a beautiful beach just a few steps away from the hotel, several food and drink options (breakfast being our favourite) and the amount of activities to participate in was astounding, from archery (our favourite) darts, football, tennis, dance classes, Pilates, volleyball, water polo etc. The entertainment team are excellent and namely the best of the bunch was Diego who taught us archery. Diego was so thorough, experienced, friendly and fun throughout our stay and he made us want to participate in all the activities he hosted. A genuinely lovely person with a great fun loving attitude. Thank you for making our holiday, we will be back!

Me and my partner stayed at Tui magic life for 1 week in may and had a great time! The resort was very clean, the food was nice with frequent changes in the all inclusive buffet. Evening entertainment was good for all ages. All the staff were lovely and very helpful too!

Great hotel, amazing for the kids and always lots to do, staff very friendly and made us all feel very welcome. Best hotel we've stayed in for a while. Family of 8 ranging from 2 years old to 70 and there was something for everyone to do. Food was tasty and availble 24 hours. The midnight toasties are great

This was our 3rd visit and therefore we have our previous experiences to compare to. Firstly, it is a well laid out hotel with a lot of steps so be prepared if you are less mobile, but this also gives great views over the fabulous beach. The staff are nice and it is very clean. However, we feel that the hotel has lost some of its magic to be honest. The food is ok, but I frequently used the microwave to heat it up and we noticed that there was a lot of pork, with lack of choice for other meats. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. We felt the choice in the pool bar had also reduced since our last visit. The biggest shame for us though was the closure of the activity pool which TUI did not inform us of until a few days before our holiday. We understand that as this is a hotel which is open all year that the maintenance needs to be carried out, but the impact is huge. The building work is affecting the snack bar area and this is where guests previously sat together to enjoy lunch and the communal feel of the activities in the pool. The overall atmosphere has been lost as a result as well as the views. I understand that this will not be finished until the end of June. We would have preferred to have known in enough time so that we could have rearranged our stay and then probably wouldn't now be left with our current feelings. One other observation was the majority of the evening scene is in a open sided extension to the Plaza bar which is quiet chilly on windy nights. We did go into the Wunderbar but this had no music or anything so is quite dull . It's a nice area, which would really benefit from having a singer or the great Saxaphone player from the Fish and Grill restaurant for those guests who don't want to listen to disco music in the cold?! The other alternative is to sit inside the Plaza bar , but as the arcade has been added to the side, it has become a 'rat run' of kids to and fro and far less enjoyable from when live music and dancing was in there. So overall we think it is great for families with younger children, but not for us anymore.

Wonderful hotel for families and adults. Lots of sports activities, kids club, tennis lessons, aerobic, it is hard to use all options because there are so many. Good food, drinks, very nice and helpful service. We will go back hete for sure.

We fancied a short break, not to far from the UK, discovered this place - and booked. Positives: It never felt busy, loads of loungers, lots of space, lots of Germans - which was a great change and fun during the evening entertainment, and showed how embarrassing Brits are abroad. (A plane full arrived halfway through, just awful) Food and selection were great (no point in booking tables in the 3x other restaurants) as was the service at the bars, and having a 24-hour option, with snacks - great for teenagers and the adults that need to soak up a bit of the booze before bed. Negatives: The main pool is HUGE but it was freezing, it was not heated - but I guess why would they heat it when most of the year the sun does that, due to that, the smaller, warmer kids pool was packed. They need to fix the steps down to the beach - it's not that far up and down, but it's dangerous in places with nothing to hold on to. The evening entertainment is, erm, amateurish - no need for dance routines or school-like productions, either do stuff for younger kids, stuff for teenagers or stick sports on, that huge hall is wasted in the evening. Beer - it's Amstel, everywhere - could there not be a different option?
