아토스 오텔(Atos Otel)

화장실은 이전 손님이 사용했는데 청소되지 않았습니다. 더블베드인데도 싱글베드 두 개가 서로 밀려서 너무 불편했어요. 침대가 계속 분리되서 불편했어요. 리셉션에는 기다리는 사람이 전혀 없고 직원들이 호텔 카페에서 시간을 보내고 있기 때문에 리셉션에 있는 누구에게도 연락할 수 없었습니다. 나는 다시는 선택하지 않을 것이다

전혀 권장하지 않습니다. 에어컨은 전혀 작동하지 않지만 고객이 AC를 원할 경우 추가 요금이 부과되고, 객실에는 조명이 거의 없고, 복도에는 조명이 없으며, 따뜻한 물에 문제가 있고, 직원이 고객 만족에 신경 쓰지 않거나 불평하고, 끔찍한 아침 식사가 제공됩니다. 최악의 경험.

Weird place with college students as staff. Relatively cleaner than you can imagine , no lobby . They served breakfast as a mandatory chore. But the view of the river and location was perfect. Maybe i will visit it again during summer to check if the boats in the river nearby actually are in business or not.

The location of the hotel is great close to the best shops ,restaurants and cafes with lovely view of a lake but the service and welcoming is horrible ,at first glance we felt like entering a horror movie location dark misterious no body in the hotel even the receptionist was not there. breakfast was awful.there were a few teenagers handling the hotel with poorest service. They turned on the light after we entered the breakfast area and they brought each of us a plate of an egg, a piece of cheese and a small cube of jam with butter beside a basket of bread .

2 gece kaldigimiz otelde hizmetlerin arasinda klima olmasina ragmen odalarda klima yoktu. Tv ile ilgili bir sorun yasadik ve saat 10 da bildirmemize ragmen aksam 20 00 ye kadar ilginilmedi en sonunda odamizi degistirmek zorunda kaldik. Yataklar fena degil fakat odalarda bir standart yok bir odada kisi basi 3 havlu ve 2 berjer varken diger odada 1 berjer ve kisi basi 1 banyo havlusu vardi. El havlusu dahi yoktu. Kahvalti tabak seklinde hazirlaniyor. Bunlarin disinda lokasyon cok iyiydi. Fakat porsuk kenarinda olmasindan sanirim banyodan surekli koku geliyor. Fiyat perfermans olarak bence 10/5

It was terrible in terms of service ,noisy rooms and irresponsible staff,interruptions in hot water and lack of enough light in the room,very simple breakfast and bad bad quality compare with the hotel price ,in the end no one even helped to take a taxi and carry my wife’s luggages as a alone lady , I never recommend such staying at all

Location was very good. Close to everything. But the room was not good. The bathroom had smell. Over all was ok for the price.

The Atos Hotel is in a very good location right by the river and within walking distance of the many shops and cafes. The staff are always attentive, helpful and friendly. We had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. I would book this hotel again for future trips and highly recommend it.

The hotel is in excellent location and despite near the river it was quiet at night. The hotel has arrangement with a multi storey car park which is 6 minutes walk away to have some discount. The breakfast is quite basic but the staff are friendly.
