아름다운 인테리어와 역사의 정취, 마당에 정원이 있고 꽃사슴과 토끼가 있는 고성호텔입니다. 레스토랑 식사는 잘 이루어졌습니다!

lovely setting and food in the adjoining pub was fresh and tasty and good, bedrooms were fine. Good size pool and selction of steam rooms, the gym equipment bit rusty. Spa treatment was as expected, I was offered to upgrade products used to Elemis, but didnt. Breakfast set up and choice reminded me of a premier inn, in terms of the set up and choice, and I would have expected more from a spa hotel, scrambled egg so undercooked it was off putting. Afternoon tea was fine but not memorable, couldnt work out if the sandwiches were made before as didnt seem fresh and filling although tasty wasnt generous. Enjoyed it but wouldn't go back as i have had better for the money

Stayed here twice now for York races and enjoyed both times. Rooms are nicely done up, I stayed in the Fat Abbot second time around, but preferred staying in main hotel. Spa and gym are excellent and well worth using. Outstanding Thai restaurant a two minute walk away.

Very nice hotel ,many original features.Bedroom was a good size very clean. Comfortable.Breakfast room nice evening meals in fat abbot pub. Pool and spa very good.Housekeeping performed efficiently.Reception staff helpful and friendly. One minor criticism although we emailed dietary needs they were not always met and needed reminding.

Not the cleanest Hotel we have stayed in. Asked for toilet roll and teabags after arrival and never received any. Room not the best bed as full of lumps and vey uncomfortable to lie in. Hotel certainly can do with a decor update. Even had to ask for plates and glasses before even getting any breakfast.

I held my ‘significant’ birthday party at the Parsonage and it was fabulous. I had the Crystal Suite which was perfect for my 40+ guests with a 6 piece live band and dance floor. All of the planning and preparation was seamless, with the team being flexible, efficient and helpful. We had 15 bedrooms, at a special rate, for guests who wanted to stay over. The team couldn’t do enough for us on the night. The food was delicious and all the guests complimented it. The service was both friendly and efficient. We had an absolutely top night and the whole event was great value for the quality we received. I’d heartily recommend for an event.

The perfect day without any hiccups There isn’t enough space in this box to explain how perfect our big day was and that is all down the the fabulous staff at the parsonage, from the minute we booked with Louise she was there every step of the way even though I must have driven her crazy with my constant emails. On the actual day of the wedding we had the lovley Elaine who took care of us and nothing was too much trouble. She took every bit of stress off my shoulders and I can’t thank them enough, if you’re thinking about booking this place for your wedding then definitely do it you won’t regret it. Every single one of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been too. Thanks again to all the team From the Nelson’s
