호텔 빅토리아 메노르카 - 뉴 오프닝(Stil Hotel Victoria Playa)

We should have been there 10th May for 14 days half board £1900 for both of us. Booked it 9 months prior and received the dreaded email 3 weeks before departure 😳…. Hotel won’t be ready but offered Seth 55 instead for £200 reduction. Not adults only 👶 but accepted their offer. 1 week before departure received another email saying there is building work 🏗️ on a villa near Seth 55 so offered another £200 reduction. So down to £1500 for 2 weeks half board for both of us ✅ Arrived at Seth 55 on 10th May and we were pleasantly impressed by the hotel and the staff were absolutely fantastic 👍 We were worried that the place would be overrun with rugrats but we only saw a few tiny tots in prams in the 2 weeks we were there. Hotel isn’t geared up for kids. We spoke to a couple who had paid £1500 for 1 week so we didn’t rub it in too much that we got 2 weeks for the same price 😂 Overall happy with the result but gave 1 star review for Tui Blue Victoria as we didn’t stay in our planned booking. 5 stars ⭐️ for Seth 55 probably 3 stars ⭐️ for Tui as we got a decent holiday in the end after a few stressful weeks before departure. Don’t book an artist impression holiday would be my takeaway from this experience 😎

We were due to go to this hotel on 5th June 2023. 6 days before we were due to go, we got “THE Email” telling us the hotel was not ready for guests. We were offered another hotel in a different resort, which we didn’t want to go to. The phone calls then started to customer services. Very polite advisors who spoke very good English, unfortunately you couldn’t tell what they were saying because of all the background noise. We ended up cancelling the holiday as there wasn’t any room in any of the hotels in Santo Tomas. We received a full refund which was returned to us really quickly. We spoke to the ladies in our local TUI store who couldn’t really help because we had booked online but they were very supportive and helped us to send a form of complaint which was handled in two days, very impressive! We have learned our lesson and will only book in store in future. If TUI had informed us before it would have saved a lot of heartache and stress.

I want to say a huge thank you to TripAdviser and everyone who has posted on here. TUI failed to advise us that the hotel would not be ready to take guests on our planned day of arrival. When we saw the posts here, we called TUI who said we should have got an email. We did not get any email re the hotel situation but lots of emails selling their day trips etc. We have the app and the app did not warn us of any issue. Even though it is less than 14 days until we fly, we demanded and got a full refund. (There was no equivalent alternative available.).

My friend and myself were booked to stay at Hotel Victoria , Santo Tomas from 24th May for a week . This holiday was particularly important for my friend as she had recently lost her partner of twenty years after being his carer for three of these . We decided to treat ourselves and booked a swim up room . Nine days before we were due to fly I happened to look at trip adviser reviews of hotel Victoria and there was a review stating that the hotel wasn’t finished ! Obviously this was a cause of concern to us so we payed our local Tui store a visit ( this is where we booked originally) . We were told as we suspected that the hotel wasn’t ready . We were also told that I had been sent an email at the beginning of May to inform me of this , I was also told I had been left a voicemail . Obviously if this had been the case I would have payed the store a visit sooner . My friend and myself then spent three and a half hours trying to find an alternative holiday .. we were unsuccessful in finding anything we liked in Menorca and ended up booking for Majorca for a later date .My guess is that there are so many people affected by the hotel not being finished anything decent in alternative hotels had already gone .. maybe if we’d been informed earlier we would have been more successful. I have rang Tui customer service and on checking I was told there is no record of me being contacted about the hotel not being ready . I will be making a formal complaint to Tui as I think the way this whole situation has been handled is shocking . I have lost all confidence in Tui and will be looking elsewhere for my holidays in future .

No contact from TUI about hotel being ready I saw it on Trip advisor I had to contact TUI. We were due to go in 24 days on the 18 june 2023. I was told that I would have been informed two weeks before we were due to travel, this would have been too late to book another holiday as I could not change my dates. I was offered six alternatives not one was what we had booked AI adults only, one was in Tenerife! Did get a refund but our new holiday is not what we really wanted. Very disappointed with TUI. But glad we are now going with Jet2 only booked with TUI as we loved this hotel when it was the Victoria Playa.

Amazing and wonderful experience I will definitely return and recommend to friends. We stayed in a twin room with swimming pool. This was lovely and definitely worth the upgrade. The room had everything you need and lots of extras including a mini fridge filled with soft drinks and beer, this was included in AI. Pool area was amazing with lots of sunbeds and seating areas. The beach is a few steps away from the hotel. The food was plentiful with lots of choice and variety of food. The A La carte meal in the roof top restaurant is another bonus. The pool bar had snacks throughout the day. The hotel staff and Tui staff worked very hard for your stay to be perfect and were all friendly and very very helpful. For us this hotel and holiday was faultless.

Hotel so clean staff friendly and very helpful pool lovely food nice very similar most days but all fresh and cooked well tea /coffee facilities in rooms .would help if hotel offered a welcome pack in room on arrival with meal times .bus times etc . A message board of entertainment night available to guests .as this previously was a family hotel ,now refurbished to adults only . Few minor hiccups but nothing major . Definitely will be going back . Met some lovely friends Andy and debs .sally and Alan .val and John ,lovely couple from Denmark . Very close to beach

We had the most relaxing holiday at this hotel right next to the beach couple of shops and bars nearby we just unwound and relaxed we had a plunge pool room which was great to sit with your feet in why you do some sunbathing as these rooms get the sun till at least 2 pm . The hotel was spotless pool area had plenty of beds and daybeds there is a terrace which is very nice and has some great views. Food changed every night so you always found something you liked breakfast was really good plenty available great staff we had some good entertainment Abba Michael Jackson tributes were really good but the room was really really hot we had to go and sit outside and watch from there . We will come back to Menorca Victoria as I think we have found our place to relax and unwind thankyou to all at the hotel for a lovely holiday

If you have food allergy this hotel does not label food or ingredients. I had to ask for gluten free and was very ill. I had to ask management to clean a seating area and he addressed me as 'my lamb'. Very poor overall TUI should review their promotion of this hotel.
