기차역에서 상업가를 지나 도보로 20분 정도 걸리고, 밤에 혼자 걷기에는 조금 추워요. 제가 늦게 도착할 예정이어서 호텔에 미리 전화했더니 열쇠를 맡겨주셨어요. 정말 친절하셨어요. 가격이 비교적 저렴합니다.

除了位置真的超難抵達之外其他都是100分 服務很好、很親切，房間很整齊乾淨又有乾濕分離 距離最近的餐廳與超市都要步行10分鐘以上，且從車站過來會有很大段的斜坡，不推薦大型行李箱的人居住

우리는 멕시코 출신이에요. 이곳은 조용하고 매우 아늑한 곳이며, 산의 전망이 매우 좋습니다. 비스프라는 도시는 정말 아름다워요. 우연히 눈이 내린 직후에 도착했는데, 그곳은 마법처럼 보였어요!!! 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 이곳에 머무르는 것을 강력히 추천합니다!

WARNING: Inflexible reservation changes after your stay begins. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOUR PLANS MIGHT CHANGE!!!! I stayed here on a business trip, originally planned for seven nights. They charged my entire stay at the beginning, and I also selected the breakfast plan. As happens for work, my plans changed, and I only needed to stay 6 nights. I told them two days before, and they REFUSED to issue a refund, not only for the unused night, but also for breakfast. Their claim that it was a "cancellation", and a change in a reservation was a "cancellation." Even if this was true, I gave them more than 24 hours notice, in which case their policy states "In the event of cancellation after the cancellation deadline, we will charge for the first night", which was done. Bottom Line: Don't stay here if your plans might change, the establishment will keep all your money.
