有非常大的落地窗，空氣循環很好，條件非常不錯設施齊全，住着挺舒服的，房間大小剛好，隔音效果還不錯食材特別新鮮，真的是超有誠信的商家，平台的優惠券也很划算，會越做越好滴！菜品很豐富，品相也好，肉很多，適合跟朋友們聚餐一起來，吃得太撐了🏨酒店性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到，下次還會再選擇這裏的裝修非常有風格，分成小區域，挺隱祕的，感覺蠻不錯老顧客了，每週都來，非常值得，已經瘋狂安利給身邊的朋友們了！

Lovely, lovely staff at the restaurant at the Premier Inn, Tunbridge Wells. Super kind, friendly and helpful :) clean and tidy environment and decent food for a decent price.

we had a wonderful 5 days there from 14 july all the staff as normal were very helpful we come at least once a year sometimes twice and we have had no problems what so ever we found liya very helpful mr and mrs sunderland 2025

Location is close to the train station and it’s easy to nip out and get food in town. On arrival I used the self check in. My key card got me through the corridor but would not let me into my room itself. My room was spacious and was probably one of the biggest rooms I’ve had in a premier inn, but it looked like it needed some investment. There were squares of carpet loose under the leg of the bed and near the side table. The walls were chipped and there was some staining and splashes on the wall behind the tea tray. My tv remote didn’t work despite the receptionist changing the battery. Every time I turned the tv on by the tv itself the volume would be ridiculously loud despite me turning it down on my last use. My room also had a slight smell of urine which I didn’t notice until I had settled in. As a result I did a more thorough inspection of the bathroom and it was probably as clean as it could be for the room’s age. I didn’t eat here. I would consider staying again depending on pricing but I paid almost £250 for 2 nights as I booked last minute. I would not pay this again

Excellent trip and highly recommend it was nice and clean good customer service and helpful will definitely stay again
