It is just a 0.6 mile walk to Beacon's Beach and 1.4 miles to Moonlight Beach. The front and backyard are perfect for families with a fully secure jacuzzi, and a turf front yard with a hammock (fully fenced). The home has been completely remodeled inside. Including AC!The home includes one driveway parking spot along with ample street parking. In addition, there are 4 soft boogie boards, two beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a pop-up beach tent, a wagon, beach toys, beach towels, pack and play crib and a high chair. Just arrive and you are ready for a wonderful day at the beach, or a family day at the house. The bedrooms are well equipped with comfortable mattresses and an extra blow up queen mattress and bedding to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. If a 9th person wants to sleep on the couch, that is also an option. The entire home is very nicely furnished and well outfitted for our guests.The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town, with modern splashes of luxury and tons of eclectic soul. The cliffs at Beacons Beach boast views of the entire coastline and the stairs that lead down to world class, Beacons Beach. The home is also just blocks away from several great places to eat or have a drink.Further, it is a short walk to Coast Highway where you will find unique boutiques, phenomenal Mexican food, local coffee houses, antique stores, a new and used record store, and so much more! Stroll down a little further on the weekends and stop by the Seaside Bazaar, North County's only open-air market. At night, enjoy home cooking in your beach close rental, or check out one of the local neighborhood restaurants such as Le Papagayo, a small eclectic restaurant offering amazing food, drinks and live entertainment. This stunning privately owned, gated and recently renovated one story ranch style home is located in the beautiful city of Encinitas. We are nestled in the heart of the quaint and historical neighborhood of Olivenhain, known for it’s rolling hills, gorgeous estates and rural horse trails, great for mountain biking, hiking and leisurely strolls. Casa Lone Jack is a 10 minute drive to coast Highway (101) that features festive bars, delicious restaurants, craft breweries and beautiful picturesque beaches!! Sink your toes in the sand at Moonlight State Beach, Seaside State Beach or any of the lovely beaches that wind along the gorgeous coastal edge of North County San Diego. Trains and trolleys are available to make various journeys easy and fun. For your little ones, Legoland, San Diego Zoo as well as the Safari Park are just short drives away. Petco Park, go Padres!! is a 30-45 minute drive and even shorter by train. Del Mar racetrack is just to the South and also hosts the San Diego Fair each summer. If you’re into culture and history the famed Balboa Park with its acres of historical buildings, museums, artist village and beautifully landscaped grounds is also a short drive away.The gated and secure grounds of Casa Lone Jack feature a larger than usual and beautifully landscaped front and back yard. Two other bedrooms in the main house have queen beds and the 4th bedroom features a queen/full bunk bed. In addition to the master bath, the main house has one full bath and one 3/4 bath. The property also features a beautiful extra large detached casita which includes a king-sized bed, 3/4 bath, a twin day bed and has fun extras like a dual pool/ping pong table. In addition to a charming farm-style half door it also has sliding doors that open to the backyard and pool area. This home is custom built, all newly renovated and is truly a one-of-a-kind ‘must see’ home.
