The newly sodded yard gives plenty of space for running around or one of the many outdoor games we provide.DECKThere are a total of three decks. The front deck has enough seating for 4 people. This is our favorite to have morning coffee because you can hear the waves crashing. There are 2 back decks that are connected; one is screened in. The Sunning deck has 3 Adirondack chairs, 2 side-tables, a large umbrella and a propane grill (we provide propane). Outdoor deck lighting allows for this space to be enjoyed in the evening. The screened in deck has fans and a dining table with six chairs.PARKINGThis is a private stand alone home. There are two available spots under the home and it can fit two more cars in the driveway.WHAT YOU MAY NOT LOVE-The master bathroom is also the only bathroom on the first floor.
