Lake Francis is set up exclusively for my family, friends, and guests! It is designed for a family retreat on 5 private acres. The property has 5 bedrooms including: Main Level Master Suite w/ King Bed. 2 Main Level Queen Bedrooms, and 2 Lower Level Private Suites - each with 2 Queen Beds! Lake Francis accommodates up to 14 guests. The open floor plan allows for amazing views of Wagner's Bay and the new deck provides endless evening sunsets. The property is fully furnished and includes Satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The property has 5 bathrooms, fully equipped brand new Kitchen, Dining room table, additional 6' table, Living Rm, and lower level walk out Den. Only an hour drive from the Twin Cities. This property will give you that true getaway experience from the hustle and bustle of your hectic lives. There are plenty of fun things to see and do in neighboring Elysian! There is a peacefulness here that is priceless and being able to get a small town feel so close to home is exactly what sold us on this property. There are a lot of things that need to be repaired and the kitchen needs to be stocked MUCH better. No measuring cups and spoons, no crockpot (although listed on materials) - the dryer sounds really bad - no outside lights on parking side - beach needs to be cleaned and more sand added. Faucet in bath/shower off kitchen really hard to turn - same as 2 years ago!

This place is HUGE! Pictures don’t do it justice. Our group of 8-ish people had a great time and fit comfortably. So many bathrooms is a blessing!!! Kitchen was great - could use a few basic stock updates like kettle, pans, etc but overall had what we needed. We could really swim from the shore/dock but rented a pontoon and were out swimming in the lake almost everyday. Also had great pan fishing; lots of bluegill and bass. WiFi was great and Chris was great at responding!

Family Minnesota Lake Vacation
We had a wonderful fun filled week at your vrbo. We also rented the pontoon which we were able to use everyday. Really enjoyed taking sunset rides in it. Very nice lake. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Would definitely go back again.

The kids want to go back to the property again next year.
The yard and shoreline could use some TLC. The house is much larger than it appears from the outside. It was a great size for our family. We would probably return but would like to see the yard with more curb appeal.

Very enjoyable!
This house is perfect if you’re just wanting to relax with plenty of space! The view is spectacular! We loved having the canoes and paddles provided in our stay. It’s well-stocked and nicely furnished.
