Made reservation 5 months in advance for king bed. At check-in was told all king rooms were booked to BonVoy members (turns out this might not have been true) and instead was given a room with 2 queen beds.
The second night, at 3:00 in the morning, the ceiling in the bathroom began leaking profusely (to their credit the night manager quickly transferred us to another queen suite).
After arriving home, while reviewing my credit card account, found out they charged for the room even though it was prepaid through ******* so had to call the hotel to get the charge reversed (they assured the error was theirs).
