衞生和設施對得起這價格，中規中矩，服務有點不太友好。入住那天開了近10小時車，晚上10點才到達入住，太累睡晚了，9點多服務員來敲門不知道幹嘛，去開門人已經走了，過一陣11點來催退房，以為12點退房，而酒店要求11點退，不是打電話而是來敲門，正好在刷牙沒來得及應，服務員直接開門，15分鐘後又來敲一次，

地理位置優越，酒店設施齊全，

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When checking in the clerk asked what floor I wanted to be on. Since it was 3 floors and there’s an elevator I chose the 3 floor. The room was clean. The tub has a little enamel wearing away in the bottom but other than that everything else was good. Nice breakfast with omelettes as well as scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage and biscuits and gravy along with other assorted breakfast items.

Great location off I-5 and close to a lot of restaurants. The room could use some TLC as we saw some chipped paints and I found the mattress to be a little too soft to my liking.

The only disappointment was the shower. I'm 5'10" and had to duck my head 6" to wash my head because the shower head was so low. If I was 4' 10" it would have been great. Very disappointing that a hotel of this caliber would find that acceptable.

Check in staff was very friendly. The room however… there’s stains on some furniture, shower floor feels like it’s falling in and dangerously slippery, low shower head, toiletries provided in the shower look old and moldy & not a lot of tv show options with horrible volume control. Positive side about the room is that it’s a very nice size with lots of storage space.

When you're traveling on I 5 this hotel is very convenient. Easy on and off the freeway, close to a gas station and you can walk to grab a bite. It is clean, safe, quiet, great comfortable bed and breakfast included.

Staff was chill. We had a speed bump trying to get our room cleaned but it all got settled. Breakfast was delicious.

Bathroom door was very noisy when opening and closing. Door hinges needed lubrication. The breakfast was tasty and hit the spot for my journey home...

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The staff was friendly and efficient at check in and check out. The hotel and rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable and perfect after a long day of traveling. We were missing some linens for the pullout couch and the staff quickly brought what was needed to our room. Good breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice and comfortable and breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Staff are nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was their key card system.
