Hard product is incredible, but be warned don’t try to drive here yourself the road to the property is extremely steep. The vibe of property is cool, modern airy and almost every room has an amazing view. The service did not match the hard product, the lady at the front desk was a little abrasive and felt like she was sizing me up, and didn’t think I was vip enough to be treated well. The property is also a little far from the main sights. They have a shuttle to their sister properties which is a thoughtful touch. It definitely exudes boutique hotel vibes… the breakfast was nice but the selection was a little limited for a hotel of this caliber.

Ok, so this place is just Amazing. From the rooms, to the views, to the staff, to the architecture. Everything was spot on. We have been to a lot of hotels in Greece and this by far was our favourite. Beautiful pool and bar area, you feel like you’re on top of the world. Our room and pool was wow with a super comfy, huge bed, 2 showers and complementary mini bar and luxurious toiletries. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and we could easily book meals and taxis with the concierge service. One thing I would say was that it was very quiet and quite far away from any nightlife… but this really wasn’t a problem for us. Also there is a shuttle service to Mykonos Town and a driver to take you to the beach. 10/10.

Phenomenal resort. We have never experienced such responsive and accommodating hospitality. The staff are genuinely the kindest and most attentive team we could have hoped for. The level of personal attention we received was among the best we’ve encountered. The picturesque property, situated at the top of a mountain overlooking Elia Beach, offers jaw-dropping panoramic views of the island. Photos don't do it justice. Designed in a bohemian-chic style, it exudes an atmosphere of panache and serenity. Our room was spacious, featuring a private terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi and daybed, a dual-shower (fun!), and an incredibly comfortable bed and loveseat. The resort is private and exclusive—ideal for a romantic couple’s retreat. Dinner and drinks at their restaurant were equally impressive. As a Myconian Group property, guests enjoy the benefit of accessing the facilities at all the neighboring sister properties on the island, which was a huge convenience. Located about 30 minutes from Mykonos Town, Panoptis offers a tranquil alternative to the town’s hustle and bustle, yet it’s still easily accessible via the complimentary shuttle bus they provide throughout the day and night. It’s also just a 3-minute ride by their private car to Elia Beach. Special thanks to the entire team, especially Dimitra, Heleni, George, Eva, Ilias, Telis, and Mike, for their warm and gracious care during our stay. We echo all the other glowing reviews of Panoptis—very well deserved!

The service is as top tier, very welcoming & very accommodating. The property is was immaculate and all of the staff made us feel special. The rooms were well maintained and make you feel like you never want to leave! We will for sure come back again next year!

Un personnel très attentionné et toujours disponible, un cadre somptueux, une villa raffinée, une cuisine excellente à toute heure et un Resort immense accessible avec un chauffeur pour profiter des services des autres hôtel. Une parenthèse enchantée de 4 jours que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier. Un grand merci à tous
