아파트호텔 엘 갈레온

Relatively close to the city center and bus station (10 minutes walk), but need to climb going to the hotel. The staff helpfull. Very spacious, clean apartaments and bathroom as well. Equipped with portable air conditioner and nice, stylish furniture. Excellent breakfast with variety of hot dishes! What is bad in my opinion: ground floor apartament without balcony with view to the very close rock wall and street. No soundproofing at all. You can hear all the conversations from the main hall and reception. What was the worst, the street is by the wall of the apartament and without soundproofing windows you hear all the cars passing by. For light sleepers (like me) it is not a good place to have comfortable rest and sleep at night.

We had an apartment for the last two nights of our week-long hiking trip. We were happy having an apartment after staying in hotel rooms the other nights, as we longed to do our own thing food-wise and have a bit more space. The apartment was actually very spacious and clean. There were no towels but when we asked for them we got them immediately with no hassle. Not a huge selection of kitchen utensils etc. but enough for two people for two nights. We had asked for a balcony and sea view but were told beforehand that there was no guarantee. We got no balcony and a side view to the harbour. We asked the receptionist who was friendly, and she promised to see what she could do about changing it for the next day. But we had a full day's hiking program so we weren't there to change the apartment anyway. The acoustics in the apartment and the breakfast restaurant are not too pleasant. It's all tiles and high ceilings so you can imagine the noise. The breakfast itself was quite OK. The most important downside is the location. It really is a weird place to have a hotel. It's on the outskirts of the town – not too far to walk but the roads are not very nice around the hotel. And the surroundings are far from pretty. You might be lucky and able to see the harbour but other than that you look out onto a big road. Due to its location, it's hard to recommend El Galeon. The apartments are OK, but the location is not great.

Cet hôtel offre la possibilité de vivre la ville de Santa Cruz tout en restant au calme. Ce sont de petits appartements confortables, bien équipés et disposant d’un parking. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et variés. Le personnel est gentil et chaleureux. Les plus: proximité des rues piétonnes, petit déjeuner parfait et parking. Les moins: la literie et la déco sont vieillotes, la rampe d’accès au parking est très étroite et il y a des chances que votre véhicule y laisse un peu de peinture ! Malgré cela je retournerai probablement dans cet hôtel qui est une bonne option.

.Un despropósito que en sus servicios no te informen de qué tienes que fumar cuando al de la abitacion de allado le apetezca y que no puedes dormir por una terraza ilegal donde la música está bastante alta y se aprecian clientes orinando em ña propia puerta del mismo . Si te ocurre lo mismo te aconsejo que el primer día reclames todo tu dinero y te alojes donde te sientas respetado

Je kan er gratis parkeren in een parkeergarage, super schoon hotel! Perfecte locatie voor uitvalswegen naar andere bestemmingen op het eiland. Super vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt en uitgebreid. En de kamer is ruim plus met een keuken! Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon, een klein nadeel er is geen airco op de kamer.

La experiencia este establecimiento fue increíblemente satisfactoria. Todo es destacable, en relación a la categoría y el precio, pero la calidez humana del personal es posiblemente la mejor que me he encontrado en cualquier hotel. La atenciones recibidas desde antes de la llegada hasta la misma salida fueron excelentes. En el trato, en la elección de la habitación, cambio del desayuno por picnic, facilidad para hacerme con él... se puede decir que fueron especialmente hospitalarios, algo muy difícil de encontrar. El edificio está muy bien situado y seguramente las habitaciones con vistas al puerto tienen que ser espectaculares. Aunque no es de construcción moderna el mantenimiento es perfecto y la limpieza es IMPECABLE. Precisamente al ser un edificio relativamente antiguo hace que la insonorización sea muy buena y los apartamentos muy amplios. El equipamiento de los apartamentos es otro punto fuerte de este hotel, no falta de nada y todo está en perfecto estado de conservación y limpieza. También hay que poner en valor el desayuno. Variedad y calidad se une a la elaboración casera de casi todo. Y aquí tanto el personal de servicio como el de cocina es excepcional. Todo estaba riquísimo, ya quisiese cualquier hotel de 4 estrellas tener un desayuno la mitad de bueno que este. Posiblemente me quede corto en elogios y en agradecimientos por la maravillosa estancia en este hotel.
