모텔 6 엘패소 웨스트(Motel 6 El Paso, TX - West)

Was given a room on second floor the floor in the room had a soft spot and the floor would cave in when walked on felt it was going to fall through to the room below the beds were hard as a rock no comforter on beds none were in the room. I give this hotel a 0!

We've stayed here before on our drive to California and back to Texas to avoid stopping right in El Paso where we never felt safe. The property used to be kind of a dump but has been cleaned up and repaired and now feels clean and comfortable and safe. Front desk welcoming and friendly. Prices have gone up but still better than other options in area. Nice bonus to be able to walk down steps behind motel to get to couple good dining options.

Our second stay at Motel 6, West El Paso. Very clean, well-kept room. Staff was helpful in moving us to another room from one facing that mess of a freeway.

Trash around the bldg and property. Room smelled like sewer, loud music upstairs. Cats roaming everywhere. Cracked floors. Comfy bed was a redeeming feature. Desk Agent wanted 2 IDs. Why? No WiFi.

So this little hatch in our bathroom fell off when we shut the door. Inside the hatch was a crawlspace that had 2 large saws, some beer cans, some drawings on paper, and misc food trash. This little crawlspace led to about four rooms it seems. I am serious, this is what we found. It was the scariest and spookiest thing ever and we did not sleep a wink that night. I am a single woman traveling with my small child. The room was all the way in the back. (2 saws! ) Plus the guy at the front desk was kind of rude I would proceed with caution staying here.

At check in, we had a bad experience. The person who received us was kind of aggressive and we were charged $11 more than the reservation was made. We told the people and a refund for the difference was made to our card. The room smelled like sewage and the floor was dirty. Will not go back ever again to this hotel.

For a quick stop it did the job. Not the cleanest looking room. Should but really late staff was quick at getting our room. Just short tempered not really interested in light conversion or giving directions.

I was giving them a 2nd chance after a previous bad experience but NEVER AGAIN! Place was clean and check in was ok but when I had to go back to the lobby on 2 occasions was treated rudely!

I arrived at this dump at almost 11pm after driving for over 14 hours. I slept and woke up to continue my drive. At approximately 6:30am when I was leaving I noticed my gas cap was off. I had made several trips to my vehicle prior to going to sleep and it was intact. I went directly into the front desk and the man on duty was rude and condescending. He called security which did not even come speak with me. Security wanted to know what time this happened. As if I’m supposed to know what time my vehicle is being vandalized in your safe parking lot while I was sleeping! Well because I didn’t know what time it had happened I was dismissed and told to come back at 10am. Obviously that’s not going to happen when I’m driving across the country because I’m going to be 3.5 hours from here! Dismissed, is what I was! The staff member was rude, condescending, dismissive. Showed absolutely no empathy whatsoever nor did he try to help me at all! Never again. You get what you pay for! Trash! I will be filing some serious complaints about this place so what happened to me does not happen to anyone else.
