Ramada is in a convenient location, there is a AMC theater within walking distance, Harley Davison store next door. Nice restaurant not to far as and if you really want to walk about little more than a mile there is a Burlington

I enjoyed everything except that when I would leave and the lady’s would go clean my room they wouldn’t change my sheets.I stayed 3 days and not one day the sheets where changed. This is also the first time this happened and this time I saw a few roaches crawling around by the restroom or coming out of the restroom. Other than that I enjoy staying there I’ve been staying there for many years.

The grounds are beautifully kept. It was spacious with a full sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, even stove. Free breakfast was more dramatic than any we’ve seen and was very popular, too! The staff are very kind and accommodating. I forgot my bag at the hotel and they shipped it to me at cost! I’ve never experienced such service! Thank you, Ramada!

The customer service was amazing We were traveling with our grandmother who has asthma- her room smelt like menthol cigarettes The gentleman working night shift was quick to get her a different room.

It's a studio apartment for the price of a hotel room. It has a living area, kitchen with full fridge and stove, dining area plus a king bed. Plus in the morning you have a breakfast not just cereal and donuts

Will be last time I stay at this location….I never had any issues checking in and all of a sudden front desk lady was giving me issues….told her I always stay here so what’s the problem now…I never had problems with anyone else…so sad was my favorite hotel in El Paso. Had 3 issues with room so I took photos before I got hit with them saying I did the damages. Oh and room flooded as well!!

They didn’t let me get into my room because I was under 21 and when they saw I was 19 the receptionist said out loud I can’t get in into my reservation and I didn’t get a refund or something, it was a really bad experience and when I reserved in this app it didn’t said anything about being under 21… I’m so mad about the service in the hotel and with the app..

I'm entering a overall rating of average because the mattress was horrible. It had a big hole in the middle. We had to put pillows in the hole to sleep. Room 119

Upon checkin the outside temp was 106. The room's air was shut all the way off, leaving the room at approximately 100 degrees. Since the air conditioner was an older model it had difficulty bringing the temp down. After 2 hours it was finally tolerable, not comfortable, but tolerable. The fridge had some king of sticky stuff dripping from all the way across the two wire shelves. The bed cover in the Non-Smoking room had cigarette burns through it. The bathroom was not well cleaned and had some kind of red stains (blood?) across the shower curtain. Overall the room seemed ran down and poorly maintained. It was a miserable stay. The coffee in the morning was hot at least.
