I enjoyed my sray from start to finish. Great staff. Very clean room and the property was outstanding. I will recommend to everyone. There was nothing i did not like. Thank you. We will come again.

Very rude employees who did not allow me to speak with a supervisor tnere was blood on the sheets the shower had mold in it and smelt like a litter box we stayed for four days and they never gave us room service and they told me I could not have visitors when I drove from out of town to see family the outlets didn’t work and the air conditioner was not working our room was a hot box not to mention when my daughter showered the vent fell on her head and had to be taken to the hospital for stitches they kept the deposit and the manger called us horrible names when we went to check out and talk about what took place during our stay

The lady in the front with blue contacts was very very very rude to me and my daughters . Would refuse to give us sheets for our couch bed and was very rude to my young daughter . Staff were smoking and drinking at the pool . The lady in the front even after telling her thank you gave us an ugly look and rolled her . Charged me a $100 deposit on top of what I was already getting gather and said in an ugly tone you need to give me your ID and a debit card even tho I was charged already after I had given it to her the first time .

The staff was really nice, room cleaned and smelling good.

Basic stay close to I10, bit away from downtown.

The clerk was amazing explained everything and got my room quick. Will definitely come back again

I've stayed there time to time over the last 20 years, or at the other hotels near I 10 and Mesa, this property has gone a little downhill, mold in the bathroom shower, and doesn't seem warranted the $100 deposit, what's someone going to take, so will return to one of my other options on my next shopping trip from Mexico. I have a small hotel rated 9.4.

The pool and spa were not open. We booked here because it had those amenities. No coffee in room.

Sweet little place. Comfortable and well situated. Only issue is the freeway noise, and that's easily solved by running the air conditioner fan.
