Viví en este Apartamento durante 2 semanas! Durante todo el tiempo, la comodidad de la habitación nunca fue! ¡Había una gran cantidad de mosquitos en el Apartamento! ¡Estos mosquitos son enormes!!! De las tres habitaciones había un aire acondicionado. ¡Hace frío en las habitaciones! ¡La cocina tiene todo para cocinar! Un montón de platos! ¡Hay toda la técnica! ¡Lo más importante para mí!!! ¡Durante dos semanas no había Internet! ¡Fue insoportable! Todos los días los empleados decían que mañana aparecería y no estaba.!! ¡Trabajar sin Internet no es posible!!! ¡Y la administración no hace nada al respecto a juzgar por las revisiones!

Shocking @love holidays I don't think so food in microwave cooker dirty and fridge mouldy and needs condemning LH took no responsibility for this, moved us here as 1st hotel pools closed and no sun loungers on arrival! Day 1 of our holiday This is 2* not like for like shocking service from love Holidays took our money for a misrepresentation of facilities & accommodation

Had a lovely Penthouse Suite which, apart from all the stairs to get to it was superb. Two Beds and Two Bathrooms, which we booked in case friends came out to join us, were again excellent. (Feel baths should have a non slip mat in them) but when we asked at Reception David he said "leave it with me!" And they were delivered to us within the hour. (Well done Reception) . Luckily we had friends out there who kindly collected our keys as we weren't arriving until around 23.00 hrs. Not sure how we would have got them if not? Also, as I had requested a ground floor Two bed and got a Top Floor one, nice as it was, could have done with some assistance to get suitcases up to our apartment. Would have given 5 Stars other than this. All in all a great stay and we will return. David Evans and Pat Brown

We stayed here for a week and were delighted about everything. We were handed over the key by friendly staff and explained everything. The studio for two people was perfect for us. There was a balcony and a FULLY equipped kitchen including all kinds of things (even pizza cutter), iron etc. Parking was right in front of the door, the club is very well taken care of, superclean and full of wonderful plants. The pool is huge and in great condition. The club is very well located close to the AP7, connecting to Marbella or Malaga.

On arrival, I was allocated a terrible apartment, with filthy terrace (cleaned when I complained) with a great view of the adjacent A7 motorway with 24 hour traffic and the McDonald's next door. The apartment was surrounded by residents, not holiday makers, who practised DIY, hammering, drilling and welding for hours on end, including Sunday morning. Why was I allocated this apartment? Was it because I was a man on my own? Who knows? There were other apartments available, obviously, as I was allocated a nice, clean, quiet, ground floor apartment with garden. It had obviously been vacant for some time as it required airing with all windows and doors open for half an hour to get rid of the damp smell. The resort is right next to the very busy motorway. There are a few decent restaurants and a few mediocre ones, all with the noise of the motorway in the background if you choose to eat outdoors or near a doorway. To get to the resort, there is very heavy, stop-start traffic around Marbella and Puerto Banus exits from/entrances to the motorway. Beware Friday traffic especially! I was on an RCI exchange, regretfully and their information needs updating as there is no longer a DVD player supplied. This was disappointing as the TV reception is so poor, it is unwatchable. When I pointed out the lack of a DVD I was informed they don't supply them. However, when I showed them the RCI information sheet they said they would track one down, which they did. Unfortunately, it had no remote control, so I was unable to access subtitles, which I need due to hearing loss. To be hones, there is nothing about this resort that I would entice me back or recommend it to others. I left a day early, as I'd had enough of it. In over 50 RCI holiday, this is easily the worst.

My most recent stay was my second visit to Bena Vista in as many months. I have been visiting Estepona for years but really wanted somewhere beautiful and homely to stay and now I have found it. Bena Vista is in a great location. It's easy to get to from Malaga Airport and is on the bus route to Marbella, Estepona, Puerto Banus and San Pedro. I always take the bus from the airport to Bena Vista and it's a really simple journey. Bena Vista is beautiful. The complex is so clean and well maintained with numerous pools and the mountains in the backdrop. The reception staff, Sofia and Ana are lovely. They are so friendly and helpful and are keen to make your holiday special. Bena Vista is located right next to a commercial centre with everything you will need. There are numerous cafe's and restaurants. I really enjoyed going to Neli G's and to Lola's Bar, as well as Alex Corner and Regency. There's also gift shops, a few butchers, a supermarket and lots more. The apartments, both times I have stayed have been wonderful! The apartments have everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including extra towels and extra blankets. The bottle of water and toiletries are always a lovely touch. The pools at Bena Vista are so relaxing with plenty of sunbeds and perfect to cool down on the hottest days! I adore Bena Vista and honestly can't wait to return very soon.
