Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Lage zum Stadtzentrum. Lediglich die Gegend scheint etwas Favelaartig zu sein.

The location, breakfast and staff attention were the best. Excellent value for money. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the hours are flexible. They were kind enough to waive our late check-in fee due to a general strike in Argentina.

Small hotel on the outskirts of El Calafate about 10-15 mins walk from downtown. Rooms tiny and not well appointed. No fridge, no kettle nor soft drinks in room also no TV. Breakfasts ok, nice coffee and juices. Hotel has tiny expensive bar but no dinner service. Room was constantly very hot and reception unable to turn down heating and could only lend us a huge noisy fan to help. Fortunately we were on the ground floor but hotel has no lift so difficult for those staying upstairs. The walls were paper thin so noisy neighbours a problem one night. I would not recommend staying here except in depths of winter with little luggage!

This hotel was chosen for me by Exoticca. It is of a Lodge style, and it’s rustic interior is in perfect harmony with a rugged Patagonian nature around it. The room was clean and had everything you need while exploring the outdoors. The staff is absolutely wonderful, whether at the restaurant, reception or a cleaning team. Very warm and helpful. The restaurant only serves breakfast and sandwiches later in the day. The hotel is on the outskirts of El Calafate, about 20-30 minutes away. Charming little town with lots of lovey restaurants and shops. A nice pastry shop-cafe is 5 minutes away from the hotel, on the corner, just as you turn left towards the town and a mini supermarket opposite the cafe. I travelled solo and stayed three nights at the hotel. People in El Calafate are very friendly and I felt totally safe to explore the town and coming to the hotel late- ish in the evenings. Dogs are part of the town and I found it delightful. If you allow, they will accompany you around. Very friendly company!

Local não tem uma boa infraestrutura. A localização é ruim e não tem nada perto. A única coisa boa que poderia citar, talvez, seja o serviço de limpeza. Apesar do hotel ser simples, a limpeza era ok. Café da manhã é bem simples, mas esforçado. As paredes dos quartos são finas a ponto de escutar tudo do vizinho. Risadas, conversas, roncos! Bem bizarro. Não tem restaurante e nem frigobar. E NÃO te deixam pegar prato emprestado! Uma das atendentes iriam me cobrar pra usar. O atendimento é o que mais frustra, com recepcionistas pouco amigáveis ou empáticas. Respostas são secas, sarcásticas e grosseiras (principalmente da recepcionista que ficou à noite, no dia 13/04/25, que além da falta de empatia e cordialidade, não saía do celular e nem olhava para sua cara). Não da para recomendar esse tipo de local. Parece abandonado. Já fiquei em lugares simples, mas com cordialidade e empatia da equipe que causava uma boa experiência.

Für 4 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück haben wir hier gebucht. Die Hotelanlage besteht aus 3 miteinander verbundenen Gebäuden, der Vorgarten ist gepflegt, Lavendenbüsche betören. Bei einem Zimmer im 1. Stockwerk müssen die Koffer selbst hochgetragen werden, die einfache Treppe (17 Stufen) ist dafür nicht optimal vorgerichtet. Eine Unterstützung im Hotel für den Koffertransport ist nicht angeboten worden. Die Zimmer sind funktional inklusive afrikanischen Wandbildern bestückt (warum keine Motive aus Patagonien?), bis auf die letzte Platzmöglichkeit ausjustiziert; insoweit haben wir unsere Aufenthalte am Abend im Foyer ausgedehnt. Der Frühstücksraum ist großzügig und hell gestaltet. Das Frühstücksangebot erachten wir als übersichtlich, wobei das Angebot an Gebäckstückchen ausgedehnt ist. Die Servicekräfte agieren aufmerksam. 2 PC stehen im Foyer zur Benutzung zur Verfügung Ein bestückter Getränkeautomat incl Knapperartikel lädt zum Konsum ein. Trotz Sommer haben wir uns zu dem Bettlaken Fleecedecken zum Überwurf ergänzend erbeten; das Zimmer hat nur eine einfache, nicht winddichte Beglasung, weitere Heizmöglichkeiten sind nicht vorgesehen. Die emallierte Badewanne hatte mehr als eine handvoll abgeplatzter Schadstellen; das hat zwar das Duschen nicht beeinträchtigt, lässt aber auf eine bereits lange Nutzungsdauer - ohne Austausch - schliessen.
