Hotel was overbooked and did not cancel or inform us on this until we showed up to check in! Guessing they found better guests for the whole weekend instead of our confirmed friday night? They actually confessed they adviced people to cancel their bookings, instead of cancelling or fixing this themselves. They overbook and get rid of the excess clients last minute without any consequences. They did not even bother(?) to cancel or dared to face the consequences of cancelling the reservation or «be kind enough» to inform us «honestly» before we showed up. Only suggested there were nicer hotels in Stryn? Shame!
