We had an earth grotto suite which was fabulous. Nice terrace. Large (quite hard) bed. Good shower. There is also an outdoor shower, but with no view it doesn’t appeal that much. Not all windows are shaded so people that are sensitive to light should wear a mask. Excellent breakfast buffet. Dinner was just ok (beef ribeye was dry and though). Dining room could get a refurbishment: now it has the feeling of a canteen. Some dividers would do wonders.

리리뷰어What a beautiful and unique experience. The bedrooms are amazing, with multiple windows overlooking the astonishing vista beneath, that literally changes constantly. In the very short period we were there (3 nights) we woke up to elephants, giraffes, hippos and crocodiles just going about their business. The staff were great and the food was plentiful and very good quality. The game drives constantly delivered surprises and whilst we were not fortunate to see all of the big 5 (rhinos just didn’t want to come out and play) what we did see was simply amazing. There is something special about seeing wildlife in their natural environment and I cannot recommend this place highly enough

CCool_catI have lots of things to say about this guesthouse. It was my first time staying at a guesthouse but I must say that the experience was awesome 👌. I loved every moment here and the staff was great too. It felt so good staying at this place and being surrounded by nature made it an unforgettable experience. I even went for a jog with two members of the staff the morning before check out; around 5am.
I would definitely recommend this guesthouse for those using Malelane gate to get to Kruger NationalPark. The price is worth it too.

리리뷰어I loved staying here! Breakfast and dinner are included, and if you are going on an early morning safari tell the desk and they will prepare you a breakfast cooler to take with you. (We were the envy of our safari group and had the best breakfasts by far!) The staff is friendly and helpful with wine and food choices. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Nice seating area indoors and out for tea/coffee/wine. Bathroom was good but be advised the shower is outside. Still nice and private though! The food was awesome and they have vegan and vegetarian options available for every meal. Breakfast is a delightful buffet with the opportunity to order eggs, etc. Dinner is typically 3 courses unless you choose to omit something. This location is very well kept, lush, and a joy to just lounge in. It’s very convenient for the safari tours at Kruger to stop in for pick up and drop off. I would recommend for families and friends on trips.

If you need to fly early or arrive late and avoid driving in the dark, the Sleepover Hotel at KMIA provides a convenient room to rent. They would do well to provide extra information when your booking is confirmed, such as the phone number of the person on duty (I had to call Head Office) to be let into the gate. Also, that ready-made meals are available to purchase and warm up in the small cafe.

The location is amazing, right on the Sabie River. Tents are beautiful, clean and has everything you need. At Mackers there was a large extra fridge/freezer facility at the honesty shop, which helped a lot, if you want to bring your own food. We visited as many as possible of the nearby attractions and enjoyed all. This is glamping at its best.

The facilities is a real tops, keep it up. The management is hands on that is seen from the security at the entrance up to the entire stay. I cannot wait for my next visit. It is just a walking distance to the Mall.

In every detail, Hazyview Cabanas is the perfect symphony of luxury, nature, and adventure - all harmoniously orchestrated for an experience that lingers in the heart and memory . For me personally, its most captivating feature lies in its unparalleled views. Waking up to the melody of birdsong as the Sabie River lazily meanders past your window is just surreal. There’s so much to do on-site, all designed to cater to every whim and fancy. For the adventure seekers, there’s a Leap Adventures Desk that offers so many adrenaline-filled activities, but the river rafting is an absolute must ♂️. There’s even a Day Spa available with trained, friendly therapists ready to tackle all those knots – you can literally feel the stress melting away ♀️. When it’s time to relax, you can lounge by the pool, cocktail in hand, as the African sun dips below the horizon. The units are cosy, romantic and some even have a splash pool – perfect for those warm days and summer nights. There’s just SO much to do on-site.
