슈퍼 8 바이 윈덤 로건스포트(Super 8 by Wyndham Logansport)

This property needs a major update. Everything is old, sheets and towels are stained, the pillows are flat and blankets are itchy. the rooms are old, dated and smell of mold and mildew..made worse when the heating or air is on. The rooms are humid, they provide a dehumidifier but it doesnt work. The carpet is disgusting. The tub had a crack in it and the shower is either scalding or freezing, no in between. They dont staff the desk and the lobby smells of curry. The only 2 nice things i can say, everything is within walking distance and they have a huge semi parking lot. No bedbugs or roaches i could see..and i checked everything. Another thing i have to add..my husband and i didnt fell well after leaving the property, i can only attribute that to the mold and mildew in the ac/heater unit and carpet.

Was an okay stay. The room smelled really funky, bed was really small. No elevator in the building so if you have any trouble with stairs would not recommend. The front desk clerk was very friendly but got a little flustered when I asked for a first floor room since there was no elevator. Having just had a full knee replacement a few months ago stairs are not my friend just yet. Maid knocked on my door very early as well.

Rooms were very dusty and shower didn’t drain. Overall just ran down.

I was scared due to others terrible reviews but i found the place not bad for the money, I did not like that housekeeping came in the morning at 8:15am to 8:40am too early to knock, then let themselves in. Bed was very comfy, but needs new comforters/blankets they are kinda yucky & old.

Check in and out were great. Still a good deal, but over the last few years that I've been staying here for an annual event, the maintenance of the property is going downhill. Nothing major, but just a lot of little things that add up. Also, the sheets were threadbare in many spots. They should have been replaced long before they got to the condition that they were in.

The lobby stunk of scented candles or some other pungent combustible. The only reason hotels do that is to cover up less acceptable smells. The towels were dirty and had holes in them. The room was way too hot with an obnoxiously noisy a/c - heating unit, and there was an equally decrepid dehumidifier going at full pelt, that implies that the smell that they were trying to cover up was mold. The cherry on the cake was listening to rodents in the walls, praying that they would not make it up to the barely intact ceiling and drop on my face or my wife and daughter's face in the night. I would start the refurbishment with a wrecking ball TThe.Thetowelshadithem

Only issue I had was had to ring bell twice and had to walk around front of building to try to get checked in, other than that no issues with property.

Had booked a single king size room, upon getting to the hotel I was told that I was being given two full size beds because "there were things going on in town that day". When in reality, the hotel has most of it's rooms rented out to people living there. There was blood stains on the second bed and lil black marks on the sheets implying that there was at least at one time a bedbug infestation. There was exposed wiring behind the bed that wasn't horrid. I wasn't given a different rate for my room, and was basically told to deal with it. So between the dank smell, small beds and general uncleanliness, I would avoid the place at all costs. If I could get a refund, I would.
