Due to the continuing increase of the mice/rats problem in New York, (although rare to see one inside our apartment) we've also increased our efforts to help control them coming inside. Do note, we have a bi-weekly exterminator who visits the apartment, which means this could happen during your stay. - Visits and Unit Access: We will always notify in advanced should there be a need to access the unit and no one will ever enter without your approval. An exception is if there are fire or life-threatening situations in the building. • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • 1. Can I check-in early? • We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 2. Do you have a luggage storage? • We don't have a secure luggage storage to store your luggage. You may check Vertoe for nearby luggage storage options. 3. Do you offer daily clean? • We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost. 4. Do you replace towels and sheets? • We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee. 5. Do you replenish supplies? • Our homes are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.
