This quintessential sun filled 576 square foot Cape Cottage is located in the historic Fort Hill area. The home has been fully renovated with modern design and amenities. There is an outdoor shower, screened in porch, gas grill, fireplace and central A/C and ceiling fans for the summer months. The home is well appointed in simplistic and comfortable style. It s the perfect spot for a couple or small family. Please note, the maximum guests are two individuals. Given that this is a small house, the cottage has limited closet space. There is ample storage under the beds for clothes and two areas with shelves available for guests. As much as we would love to host guests with dogs, some canines have not been well behaved at the cottage. We no longer can allow dogs or pets of any kind. Max Occupancy & Age Limit I affirm that I am 25 years or older and that I will be present and accountable for the duration of the booked dates. If a person in your guest list accidentally causes any damage to property, the company will fix at the company's cost this accidental damage up to $500 total during your visit. This excludes any and all damage due to your dog. You are covered for a maximum benefit of $500. Catastrophic Events & Emergency Evacuations If a catastrophe event (hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, etc.) or any situation simply beyond Del Mar Vacations control impairs the vacation rental, Del Mar Vacations is not responsible for finding alternate lodging for the renter or for the renter's financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging. There will be NO REFUNDS OR COMPENSATION due to catastrophic or weather related events. Therefore, You are encouraged to consider Travel Protection Insurance via your credit card company to secure your vacation investment and eliminate your financial risk.
