夫妻兩超有善，英式早餐，是我吃過最讚的，令人懷念，飽到晚餐，哈哈，英式風格房間，有浴缸，可以泡澡，我會再訪

非常好的服務，房東人超級nice挺客氣的 房間雖小，但是很合適單人住哦 唯一的缺點是shower水流太小了，爬了一天的山，回來沒有大shower淋浴，很不舒服哦，希望改進一下 早餐很棒，床頭的睡眠噴和茶，餅乾，很用心啊

Friendly and helpful owners made us feel so very welcome and were always available to speak to if required. Our bedroom was amazing! Roomy with super comfortable beds - best pillows I have ever experienced! The ensuite was nice and so very clean. The only niggle would be the shower which, in the mornings, would lose power and the water would stop flowing. Their breakfasts though were to die for! Haven't had better in 4 star hotels; the fruit, yoghurt and oatmeal has to be experienced. Butter and yoghurts churned inhouse with homemade bread what more do you want! I would recommend 100% - from one very happy customer

The owners are extremely accommodating and friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. The room was adequate with lots of homely touches which was also nice. The 2 down points are the parking- there’s none anywhere close and the bathroom needed re grouting and a bit small but I’m not put off due to the above plus points which far outweighs the negatives. The room has tea and coffee facilities. A hairdryer, a ceiling fan( lovely for a hot night) Needed a less heavy blanket but there is more above hangers. Needs smaller hangers so they actually fit the rail or larger shelf. TV fine, good Wi-Fi. Lovely big bed. Definitely would come back due to the owners.

Such a cute guesthouse so close to the beach, pier and shopping centre. The comfiest bed by far and an amazing breakfast menu. Such a helpful host who gave lots of recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend. We will be back!

We were treated so well by our lovely hosts Sarah and john and nothing was too much trouble. Great location and the accommodation was first class. John cooks a mean breakfast and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gyves House to anyone. My wife who has high standards can't wait for a return visit which is high praise indeed. A real gem on the Eastbourne coast.
