마운틴 뷰 리조트 & 스위트 앳 페어몬트 핫 프스프링스(Mountain View Resort and Suites at Fairmont Hot Springs)

It's a very nice place for a family to stay. Nice room and clean. We will come back again.

It was a nice place to stay and the person that checked us in was very helpful. It was nice to get upgraded as well but there is an issue with the boiler for that building because even after we reported that we had no hot water, it was still more or less call it “warm” after. Made it quite hard to wash dishes and take a bath. It was slightly warmer after reporting the issue so we didn’t want to bother anyone. Other than that it was a lovely suite and thanks for the upgrade when we arrived

It’s time for some upgrades. This resort has not been updated at all from the construction in 1985. Appliances are old and work terribly. The toaster we used barely worked. There were so many noises from the suite above us it was hard to fall asleep. There was significant water hammer of the plumbing in the walls so the noises were very frustrating. The rooms were clean but so outdated the couch cushions were ripped and the hide a bed was at least 35 years old. There were no ammenities. The hotel restaurant was closed for the season. No cabs or any transportation so we had to walk to the grocery store down the highway for food. Staff was nice and polite but seemed checked out for the winter.

Bedding and pillows are extremely poor quality, shockingly uncomfortable mattress. We were not able to sleep.

We have stayed here a few times with declining experiences. There are better options in the valley — advise against.

As someone who has stayed here a few times I can strongly advise against staying here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Our stay was very good, just wanting to let you know the fridge was NOT working. The toaster needs to be replaced as well - not working.

It was -38 and the heat was turned off!!! We couldn't believe it when we walked in the suite. It was so cold, we turned on all the heaters, but it took hours to warm up. Also, there was no forks to eat and only one small spoon. It seems like the place is very poorly looked after. I reserved for 3 people and the pullout couch wasn't made, only 2 towels were there, and no additional pillows and/or blankets... Not sure if I can recommend

We enjoyed the location as it was just across the highway from the hot springs and ski hill. We were never told where the hot tub was on site or if it was working so that was too bad. The room was a good size and the full kitchen was excellent. We enjoyed the large jetted tub in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils.
