Wonderful stay for 1 night. Room was spacious well designed. The self check in was easy and well explained. Location was right downtown and easy to walk everywhere from. Even the lack of onsite parking was not a issue as there was overnight space on the street just in front of the suites. Overall, we would stay there again and recomned it to anyone looking to stay in Culpeper.

We reserved this boutique hotel for my daughter’s wedding. It was a very nice and clean. The staff and manager made sure we had what we needed and were super friendly! Such a great location as well! Will definitely be going back when in the area.

Simply excellent. Was traveling on business and my local client made the reservations. Very nice room, technology and amenities. Great shower, two sinks, modern. Well done. It is so nice if I am ever in the area with my wife we would make a special trip to spend a ac couple of nights here.

Don't ever stay there. Buried deep in their website you find out there is no front desk, no people, no help, no nothing, no elevator, and stairs so steep you have to be a youngster to climb. No parking whatsoever. NO NOTHING, but a room. No ice, no coffee, no help, nobody. Someone would have to be a fool to stay there. I mean you might as well bring a tent and camp out.

We are returning customers and while the place is our go to, they need to pay more attention to details such as armchairs needing repairs (the padding was gone) we could feel cold coming from the windows and the front of the hotel needs a good cleaning. Staff was very friendly. Violetta is our favorite suite it is in the back and quiet. We were the first customer when the hotel opened years ago

What a gem! My husband and I went to Culpepper for a short getaway last July and stayed in one of their suites. The room and couch were super comfortable. We were unsure of what we would find with an unmanned hotel, but everything went smoothly. It was very quiet. Parking is situated very close to the entrance, and we had no problems finding a spot, despite not having dedicated parking for the hotel. There are plenty of nice restaurants and a couple good breweries within walking distance. The TV was pretty tiny. I would definitely recommend an upgrade there. However, we were not in the room much, so it was not a big issue. If we end up in Culpeper, we will definitely stay here again!

Great place! Well done. Best shower I've ever had as it was a steam shower and so nice! Great location . Really expected so much less for price. Worth so much more. Will be back I hope to stay again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway, the suite was beautiful, walking distance to everything, quiet, and romantic. As toddler parents, we wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for families, though it would be fine, but it was perfect for the two of us to get away.

This is a very different hotel than I usually visit. No on-site staff, a code to enter the building and your room and self checkout. Likewise, no restaurant or bar - although some are nearby. More like an Air BNB. That being said the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The two negatives were that you will be awakened at least twice by a train and the shower was clogged. But I would still recommend the hotel.
