리리뷰어This was a beautiful stay. The only thing that I had an issue with was i was charged 2 deposits and only refunded one called and talked to in person and was told it would fall off in 3-5 days. When the mistake or error is on hotel and I'm traveling but theing have unexpected fund withheld.

리리뷰어The location is good. The room is nice. But the receptionist that checked me in was not at all friendly. She didn’t give me the complimentary water. When I asked another receptionist the next day, she apologized and gave me the water. After I checked out, I saw a charge for the “complimentary” water. That is unprofessional and wrong. If they do not want to give complimentary water, they should just tell me when I was there. Do not charge guest’s credit card without their consent. Disappointed. Do not recommend. Hilton should use this feedback to improve their staffs.

BBilly Mullin로비는 외부만큼 뜨거웠고 레스토랑 / 바는 같은 지역에 위치하고 있으며 식사를하는 동안 땀을 흘리면 나를 위해 작동하지 않습니다. 방에 문이 너무 나빠서 어깨를 사용하여 열어야했습니다. 방의 전화가 작동하지 않았고, 아래층의 간식 선택은 절벽 바와 쿠키로 이루어졌습니다. 문 밖에서 말하면서 일찍 일어나서, 일어나서 화장실을 사용하기 위해 침대에서 나왔을 때, 나는 젖은 카펫과 물이 새는 곳에서 반 침수 된 방을 걸었습니다. 내가 떠날 때까지 아침의 나머지는 상점 vac 달리기를 듣고있었습니다. 체크 아웃하고 홍수에 대해 언급 한 후 머리를 흔들어 홍수에 대한 할인이 있는지 물었습니다. 그는 제 3자를 통해 예약했지만 관리자가 전화 할 수 있기 때문에 아무 것도 할 수 없다고 말했습니다. 그 전화에서 여전히 기다리고 있습니다 ........ 나는 힐튼 주인이고 부끄러워. 힐튼보다 트립을 통해 방을 더 저렴하게 예약 할 수 있습니다.
