This is a good place for hunters. The affordable price and the friendly staff , resturant in the parking lot. Facility is under repairs/ upgrading at present. Will use again.

Arriving the front desk wasn't in, but arrived as we were about to leave. The parking lot had a car on blocks. We needed a place to stay and rest for a couple hours before leaving. It was the most seedy, gross, and if the location wasn't such a small town i would say sketchy looking places I've been. My review isn't a horror story, please look up people who have taken pictures of this place. It's as bad as they come.

The rooms were not ready at 5:30 pm. No other customers. One room had trash and dirty sheets. One had no sheets and the other was being sprayed. We ended up leaving and finding other lodging. Facility is run down and has a car on blocks out front.

bug infested room, bathroom and sink area, no phone, drinking cups or ice bucket. some of the rooms had broken doors, and room keys would not work. should not have been open for business until renovations completed

The motel is in terrible condition and overpriced by 100% considering its condition. Flies, peeling plaster in room, cigarette burn marks on bathroom sink (many), no fixtures in shower to hold shampoo, etc, The only stayers are those unable to get a room at the other motel in town or unable to travel on to the next town. If you stay here, bring a flyswatter. The bed and A/C were good.

Needed a spot for an overnight stay. Reviews are pretty on spot. The family just bought this property and are slowly renovating it. Our beds were surprisingly comfy and the box spring still had the new plastic on it. Room smelled bc they had not ripped the old shag carpet out but we did have hot water. If you aren’t super picky and just need a bed for the night for cheap, this is your spot.

My bad for not checking previous reviews. First of all, this bad review should not reflect on the nice family that are running the motel. They took over a dilapidated building that has been closed for 6 years and are trying to renovate one room at a time. The room smelled of moth balls, carpet had a yuck factor and bathroom sink had burn marks. We decided to move on and loose our ********* payment for the night. I was still smelling mothballs on my clothes an hour later as we continued to Denver. Good luck to nice family running the place

This is an old, rundown building that should be torn down. A couple seemed to be trying to work on it, but not worth the work. I seemed to be the only one staying there. Junk cars parked there, just horrible. I can't believe ******* would have it offered on its site.

Awful place. Could not recommend staying.
