뒤셀도르프 온천 호텔

객실 장식은 디자인 감각이 없으며 약 20 평방 미터로 유럽 최대 규모의 음식 축제 기간 동안 머물렀기 때문에 객실 가격이 약간 변동되었습니다. 할인 된 가격으로 95 위안의 차액을 보상했습니다. 내 계정에 따르면 고전적인 독일식 아침 식사는 상대적으로 풍부하고 갓 짜낸 주스도 객실 가격에 아침 식사가 포함되어 있기 때문에 아침 식사에 사람이 많습니다. 약간 혼잡하고 식사 환경은 평균입니다. 방 가격이 500 정도라면 괜찮습니다. 활동으로 인해 가격이 올랐기 때문에 개인적으로는 가격 대비 성능 비율이 높지 않다고 생각합니다! 셀프 체크인 절차는 체크인 완료 후 객실 카드를 받아야 하는데, 오랜 시간이 지나도 작동하지 않아 프런트에서 다시 절차를 거쳐야 합니다. 영어가 능숙하지 않거나 유럽에 거주하지 않는 경우 체크인이 더 번거로울 수 있습니다. 체크인하려면 1시 30분 이후까지 기다려야 해요. 방이 있어도 1시 30분까지 기다려야 해요. 이유는 모르겠지만 시간이 많아서 인간적이지 않은 것 같아요. 아이들을 데리고 로비에서 1시 30분까지 기다렸는데 싱가포르와 비교하면 아침 7시에 체크인하는 느낌이 정말 다릅니다. 와 이게 도움이 됐으면 좋겠다

이 호텔은 매우 새롭고 침대와 욕실은 최고 모양입니다. 위치는 완벽하지 않습니다 (중앙 기차역에서 도보로 10 분; 근처에 레스토랑 / 상점이 거의 없습니다). 주요 단점은 서비스입니다. 나는 이것이 선택 서비스, 중급 재산이라는 것을 이해하지만 그것조차도 하위입니다. 나는 영어 나 독일어 (주말)를 구사하는 데 어려움을 겪은 직원이있었습니다. 뒤셀도르프에 있는 내 ”일반” 호텔은 최근 여행에 비정상적으로 비쌌기 때문에 다른 곳을 찾아 Premier Inn Friedrichstadt를 우연히 발견했고 호텔이 얼마나 좋은지 즐겁게 놀랐습니다. 영국의 Premier Inn 호텔 체인에 익숙하다면 괜찮은 현대적이고 깨끗한 호텔을 기대할 수 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 독일 운영은 더 좋지 않다면 좋은 것 같습니다. Friedrichstadt 호텔은 주요 Dusseldorf 기차역과 매우 가까운 위치에 있지만 조용하고 충분히 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 역에 있는 기차와 U 반에 쉽게 접근할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 호텔 바로 밖에 트램 정류장도 있습니다. 체크인 / 체크 아웃은 전문적이었고 로비는 훌륭하고 환영하며 예상대로 객실은 넓습니다. 현대적이고 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 아침 식사는 로비의 멋진 식당에서 제공되며, 24시간 동안 20유로에 바로 옆에 주차할 수 있습니다. Premier Inn 투숙객을 위한 전용 주차 공간도 있습니다. 그만한 가치가 있습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이며이 호텔로 확실히 돌아갈 것입니다. 추천

이번에는 이그제큐티브룸을 예약했는데 더블베드룸을 배정받았습니다. 화장실 배수가 잘 안되고, 세면대 배수도 잘 안되고, 물이 너무 많아서 체험이 별로 좋지 않습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 방의 2층 자물쇠도 깨졌다는 것입니다. 외출 시에는 프런트에 자물쇠가 고장났으니 수리할 사람을 찾아야 한다고 말씀하세요. 하지만 호텔로 돌아와도 여전히 수리가 되지 않아 겁에 질려 이틀 밤을 잤습니다.

중앙역에서 멀지는 않지만 바로 옆은 아니고 근처에 노숙자들이 있어서 괜찮습니다. 체크인은 15:00부터 00:00까지 가능하며, 객실이 있는 경우 더 일찍 체크인하실 수 있습니다. 창문으로 트램이 내려다보이는 곳에서는 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 소세지, 토마토, 오이, 콘플레이크, 차, 커피로 구성됩니다. 밤에는 난방이 꺼지거나 크게 줄어듭니다.

I had a very nice stay at the NH Dusseldorf City. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food and beverages. The hotel is located withing a 15 minute walk from the train station with a subway station conveniently located very near by. My room was cleaned and well maintained. The wifi was quite good. I recommend the NH Dusseldorf City

Location is good, 150m or so away from the station. Be aware it's a slightly seedy area, sex shops and the like opposite and nearby, but that's just how it is and there are plenty of chain hotels nearby. The aircon didn't work when I arrived - there's a strange spongy plastic box on the wall that's meant to control it, but pressing hard so that the orange light lit up did nothing. Went to reception and they said it would be fixed. When I woke next morning it was magically on. so they must have enabled it from the master control or something. The same can't be said of the fridge, it lights up but does nothing - remains room temperature. This wasn't fixed, despite me mentioning it to reception along with the aircon. Room itself is fine - high ceilings, comfy bed, TV with a couple of English channels (BBC World News and Sky News International). Shower is strange, like some sort of Mr Bean scenario. There is a grooved channel which slides up and down to allow you to adjust the height, but it's using friction so the shower gradually slides down, and the heard flops to one side due to water pressure. Cue lots of Mr Bean style fiddling and faff. Towels are really small, more like hand towels. Lots of noise outside, not just trams starting 5am but occasional rowdy people - I don't think it's double glazed. Didn't wake me up though, but if you're a light sleeper request a room at the back. Room cleaning knocked 10.15 and next day barged in at 9.25, so make sure you use the ”do not disturb”, which I had trouble finding (it was in a cubby hole near the wardrobe rail). So, overall it's ok, but I've stayed at better hotels in Dusseldorf for less money.

Avoid this hotel. We booked a 4 night stay. The air con doesn’t work and with it being 23 degrees outside at 2am you need a window open. The bar across the street stays open very late and is very noisy. Today my daughters room has had no electricity. Yes they fix it but the fix lasts 10 minutes. The final straw was coming back from dinner to find men drinking on the steps of the hotel with a bag full of beers and 3 of them urinating against the hotel. When I complained I was told they were staying at the hotel so there was nothing they can do and what did I expect it was a Saturday night. I’ve been to Düsseldorf many times and there are plenty of hotels to choose from so avoid this one! I certainly will do in the future!!!

位置在杜塞爾多夫港口區，離市區不是很近乘坐公共交通大概要25分鐘左右才能抵達市區。入住期間各種服務中規中矩沒有什麼驚艷的點但也沒有問題。房間有獨立的梳粧台分區所以休息區域不大是一個問題。訂的行政房lounge的點心很好吃算是亮點。總體來説考慮到酒店的價格在德國算是有性價比了。
