호텔 링콘 레알 스위트(Hotel Rincon Real Suites)

Properly is not like showing in the pictures. Dirty walls and broken door knops

Property was pretty run down. Rooms were not too clean and outdated. Door on the room did not seem very safe. The staff was mostly nice but some of them were too focused on their phone.

The property is completely different than the pictures showing the bedrooms, carpet is gross, walls are dirty, fan is hold with cardboard, air conditioner doesnt work, price is high and the manager is arrogant, please do not stay here.

The staff go out of there way to help you in any way shape or form

Old hotel, old photos on the web they admitted they have to update their page. they changed my studio 2 times because the blankets were torn, the blinds were broken, the chairs were broken, and the carpet was super dirty! They don't use a vacuum cleaner, they sweep it with a broom and it's full of dust, that's bad for my daughter’s allergies. I booked a studio because I was the one with the kitchen but it turned out that it didn’t have any dishes to cook or eat!!! they told me that I have to buy my own dishes if I wanted to use the kitchen. The Pool water was dirty. No blow dryer, No iron board, no hangers in the closets, No laundry in facility and there is no laundry for the guest. I have to say that the exterior of the hotel is kept clean and at night there is surveillance at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. Also the location is very convenient because you walk 5 minutes and you are at the center of the city

I stayed there many times because I love there friendliness, but this time no towels there was bugs and and the crew when I checked in very nice but the evening person was rude and had an attitude

Changed out rooms to a crappy one had no water roof was leaking on the bed

El hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, lamentablemente la primer habitación que nos tocó, se tardó muchísimo tiempo en salir agua caliente, el aire acondicionado (que fue por la razón que renté ahí), no funciono, la mayoría de las puertas no cerraban y la taza del baño se veía que lo habían usado antes de nosotros. Afortunadamente o desafortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitación a dónde si funcionará el aire, pero se tardó mucho en encender, y cuando creímos que ya estaba todo en orden, el aire aventaba aire frío 😭, y toda la noche no pude dormir por el frío que hacía en el cuarto. En fin, en ese cuarto no había ni jabón ni papel de baño, pero ya eso fue lo de menos. El personal fue amable, pero definitivamente no volvería y tampoco recomiendo 😥
