원 두랑고(One Durango)

This is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.

Great location next to mall which had a Starbucks. Also included breakfast was great.

Costumer service is horrible My room air conditioner was not working I ask so many time they never fix it I ask for extra blanket they didn’t have any They only think is that you are near the mall that you can walk breakfast food was not bad but the lady that’s in cleans she littered count what you take

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cut my trip short and decided to check out early. When I approached the hotel staff about this, they assured me that it would not be a problem and even promised a refund for the nights that I wouldn't be using. However, my disappointment grew when I received an email from ********** stating that a refund was not possible due to the hotel's policy. This blatant inconsistency between what I was told in person and what was communicated in writing left me feeling frustrated and misled. As a business traveler, I value clear and honest communication, and this experience fell far short of my expectations. This ordeal not only inconvenienced me but also left me out of pocket for the unused nights. The lack of integrity and follow-through on the part of the hotel staff has left me with a negative impression of this establishment, and I would caution other travelers to be wary of similar discrepancies in their dealings with them. My overall satisfaction with this hotel is extremely low, and I regret choosing it for my trip.

The best hotel in Durango Hands down. They staff is so friendly the location is perfect so convenient. They treat me and my mom so nicely. I been staying here every year for the last 7 years and the rest to come

Everything was really good, except for the illumination in the bathroom, and also I think the need some extracted in it too. But the service was excellent.

Close to the main market and historic part of Durango by taxi. The free breakfast was okay but very convenient. You do have to ask for an iron and ironing board at the front desk.

I’m not sure what they used to clean but it had a terrible odor. I sprayed my cologne to block it out. The cleaning could’ve been better.

Close to shopping stores safe parking lot
