둔황 윈톈 게스트하우스

호텔은 음식 거리와 보행자 거리 바로 옆에 있어서 위치가 좋습니다. 모가오 석굴과 명사산까지는 차로 단 10분, 둔황 서점까지는 도보로 10분이 소요됩니다. 호텔은 매우 새롭고 일회용 수건, 목욕 수건, 변기 시트, 가습기 등 시설이 완벽하게 갖춰져 있습니다. 세면도구, 특히 보습제는 매우 유용합니다. 직원들은 매우 열정적이며 우리를 따뜻하고 적극적으로 맞이해 줍니다. 프런트 데스크에서는 맛있는 가게와 특산 음식을 추천해 주기도 했습니다. 그런데 로비에 제공되는 대추차가 정말 맛있더군요. 매우 비용 효율적인 호텔입니다.

위치가 매우 좋고, 근처에 간식 가게가 많이 있습니다. 프런트 데스크 매니저는 매우 친절하고 세심했습니다. 그는 접수 시 정중하게 응대했고, 매장 내 다양한 ​​상황에 대해 자세히 소개해주었습니다. 같은 층에 방 3개를 마련해 주셨어요. 매우 세심하게 배려해 주셨습니다. 방은 크고 깨끗하며 충전 포트도 많이 있습니다. 방이 너무 건조해지는 것을 막기 위해 가습기가 있습니다. 일회용 목욕 타월을 사용해도 문제가 없습니다. 고객이 목욕 후 옷을 갈아입기 위해 밖으로 나가야 하는 번거로움과 온도 차이로 인한 감기 발생의 우려 없이 욕실에서 옷을 갈아입을 수 있도록 욕실에 후크와 수납 공간을 추가하는 것이 좋습니다.

정말 좋은 위치였습니다. 아주 유용한 버스 노선과 가까웠습니다. 작은 식당들이 즐비한 거리는 도보 1분, 야시장은 도보 5~10분 거리에 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원 모두 친절했습니다. 제가 몸이 안 좋아서 외출이 어려웠을 때에도 음식을 주문해 주었습니다. 다만, 일회용 수건이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

비수기에는 둔황에 머무르는 것이 편리합니다. 호텔의 목욕 타월과 세수 타월은 일회용이며, 잠자리 환경은 조용하고, 온수와 에어컨이 제공됩니다. 제가 합리적인 제안을 했기 때문에 직원분께서 과일음료를 주셨습니다. 감사합니다!

There was very little that wasn't perfect about this hotel. Room was comfortable and was cleaned daily whilst we were at breakfast. The lobby is a relaxing place with free tea, water and snacks. We were not over-keen by the disposable towels, but there was an option to have cotton towels which we didn't take up. Breakfast could have been improved for the international traveller. This area has some great yoghurts, it would be great if these (and some nuts/seeds etc) were added to the breakfast selection. This was a pay-at-property booking, they don't allow payment with a bank card via trip.com, and they then do not accept mastercard/visa. Luckily we had Alipay linked to a Chinese bank account which we used, as the amount exceeded a limit in Wechat pay where linked to an international card. This may be an issue for some travellers.

Hotel staff are exceptional, customer oriented and paid kind attention to customer’s needs. Walking distance to the night market. Breakfast was delicious and very good variety. Special thanks to front of desk hotel staff no.11 & no.31, and also the friendly and helpful parking attendant. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!
