"Disappointing Experience: False Advertising and Tiny Rooms" The room we were given bore no resemblance to the spacious, airy accommodations depicted on the official website. Instead, we were greeted with a cramped, suffocating space that felt like a far cry from what was advertised. Not only was the room tiny, but it also had just one window, further exacerbating the feeling of claustrophobia. It's clear that the hotel's marketing materials do not accurately represent the reality of the accommodations. Overall, I feel misled and deceived, and I would caution anyone considering staying there to manage their expectations accordingly. This establishment's false advertising practices are unacceptable, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and honest lodging experience.

Smashing place. Rooms comfortable but Breakfast was the highlight of the stay 🤟😘

The junior staff were amazing, senior staff were up themselves, location was great hotel was clean. The dining area was too small and for a 4 star hotel I would've expected my breakfast served, not help yourself style you would find at a travel lodge. In short over priced rooms no lesuire facilities and for 4 mojitos cost €50 I've had better value for money elsewhere. First and last time I will stay here!!!

Check in was smooth and efficient. Carla at reception was superb and really understands what customer service represents. Well done. Bar food was beautiful and staff very customer focused. Breakfast was terrific with lots on offer and day staff very attentive and friendly. We ordered room service and this was efficient. Albeit I live in Dublin and have stayed in numerous top class hotels, Clontarf Castle is a gem and exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel based on customer service, staff attentiveness, ambience and value for money. Keep up the good work in presenting and marketing the hotel and its offerings.

Stunning hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Great service, very cosy a**osphere and beautiful artwork around the hotel. Room was lovely, very clean and the bed was huge!
