위치가 매우 좋습니다. 이동 중이어서 이 호텔을 임시로 예약했습니다. 첫째, 호텔 이름이 변경되어 호텔을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 일부 객실을 관리인에게 임대했습니다. 회사였고, 이 관리 회사는 마치 에어비앤비와 같았습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 호텔은 관리 회사에 체크인을 준비하라고 통보했습니다. 그리고 방에 도착하니 문이 열려 있었는데... 방 청소 냄새가 엄청 강했어요! 아무것도 없고, 물도 없고, 아주 낡았습니다!

管家人很好，我們出去逛街，沒地方放行李，管家幫助保管行李，一直到下午，到了 lobby，一打電話馬上就送下樓來，人也很有禮貌。

A shout out to Moin who works at reception at Emaar Residence Fashion Avenue. Works hard, always greeting people, helpful, goes out of his way to help you, courteous, smiling, seen him with other customers, great great asset to Emaar Group!!!

The name of the hotel was deceived. It turned out to me that it was not the apartments of the previous address hotel. When I contacted the reception, he told me that they were personal apartments. When I arrived, I found hair on the towels and they were yellow in color from dirt. The bedding was not clean, which led to me not sleeping. There was I have a picture of my daughter's socks that shows you the amount of dirt in the room .. For your information, I contacted them about the name fraud... and the reservation money was refunded due to their lack of credibility, and it was rejected... which forced me to book another hotel.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable to stay. We will be back again soon! Thank you Four Apple Holiday Homes for the lovely stay. Especially to Mr. Azhar for accommodating my family, and my husband's family. We enjoyed our stay for the holiday.

The residence was wonderful. Everyone on the staff definitely goes above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience. The location is also perfect, as you have access direct access to Dubai mall.Staff Azhar is amazing 😍
