I was first quite shocked the fact that this room is owned and operation by the hotel but by a third party names QStay! cleaning and all help is done through the whatsapp number.
i loved the fact they had assisted check in and checkout including transfer from and to the airport.
The room itself is not the best to be honest. I only rented the studio for the kitchen and had a super hard time turning on the oven/stove. customer service did not know how to operate it. the cloth washing mashine was not workin at all. the AC is all taped up- abit embarassing considering the cost and location of the hotel room.
requested cleaning and did not get it.
overall i wont return. i would prefer something operated by the actual hotel.
