Worst place ever!We walked in,and walked out in 10 minutes.It stinks of smoke,dirty laundry in washing machine,apartment was dirty.Entrance is up a dark staircase,felt like a horror movie. It is located in a horrible,horrible area.We felt unsafe,neighbourhood is dirty and rundown. This is a waste of money,and a scam.Cant believe they want people to pay for that rubbish dump

Beware of this accommodation, I do not recommend it! Very bad experience. Two hours before check-in they called us and said that they would give us another room, in another facility, in another location. When we looked at the room, we refused. Dirt, disgust, outside the center, no shops. Then we were told to either accept it or they would cancel our accommodation. We were sitting outside their hotel in Dortmund and they had no accommodation. When we called them to somehow clarify the problem, they hung up and nobody came outside the hotel for us. While we were standing there the whole time, nobody came out and apologized. After that they stopped answering the phone. I wouldn't wish it on anyone to be in a foreign country and lose accommodation there!
