Prima schoon hotel, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Jammer dat het aan een drukke doorgaande weg ligt en het dorpje stelt weinig voor. Wel op loopafstand naar het meer.

Lovely small Hotel so clean and tidy a very good choice for breakfast. The staff are also so helpful and friendly nothing is a problem. A special big thankyou to Marcella who was always happy and very kind to us. Would Definately go back again. Ian Lindsay. Oxfordshire Uk

Well located hotel for a quiet stopover. All the basics were there, reasonable size room, quiet at night, some views of the lake and close to resturants and cafes (car needed, busy road). Good choices for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The question is, do you want it loud or do you want it loud? There's a street in front of the hotel, rails in the back and a huge parking space that is heavily used by the restaurants (around the hotel and also one in the ground floor of the restaurant). The traffic continues throughout the night and doesn't even stop on a Sunday morning. There's also live music from the restaurant on the ground floor. So for anybody who is looking for a quiet place to sleep, don't choose this location. The breakfast is an absolute minimal breakfast, the breakfast room is tiny (that's why you have to register for a breakfast shift). The pictures the hotel puts up look fabulous, the photographer must have been a genius. In reality this is a run-down place. Moreover, if you show any sign of unhappiness because of the whole situtation during check-in or check-out, then the hotel labels you as "no-show" (still charging your credit card of course) to prevent you from putting a rating up on certain booking portals. That's probably also the reason why it is rated so high on several portals. It's fake and not worth the money!

Camera semplice, confortevole e pulita. Pochi accessori da bagno. Materasso e cuscini comodi. Rapporto Qualità/Prezzo, sufficiente. Colazione discreta. La colazione è a buffet e viene servita, non puoi portarti via nulla dalla colazione, neanche una banana. Macchina da caffè automatica, non classica da bar. Presente yogurt (non disponibili mandorle,noci,..) dolci,brioche, affettati,etc.

Deeply Disappointed – No Humanity in a Difficult Situation I was genuinely looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. During my trip, my car was broken into in Milan, and my belongings were stolen – a traumatic and logistically devastating experience. As a result, I was no longer able to continue my journey and reach the hotel. Given the extraordinary circumstances, I contacted the hotel to request a cancellation out of goodwill. Sadly, my request was flatly denied with no flexibility or understanding. What made the experience even worse was the unkind and unhelpful attitude of the reception staff I spoke to. There was a complete lack of empathy, which was deeply disappointing. While I understand that hotels have policies, I believe that humanity and compassion should prevail in exceptional cases like this. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that here. For this reason, I cannot recommend this hotel. __________ Profondamente deluso – Nessuna umanità in una situazione difficile Ero davvero entusiasta di soggiornare in questo hotel, ma purtroppo le cose sono andate nel peggiore dei modi. Durante il mio viaggio, la mia auto è stata scassinata a Milano e i miei effetti personali sono stati rubati – un’esperienza traumatica e logisticamente complicata. Di conseguenza, non sono più riuscito a proseguire il viaggio e raggiungere l’hotel. Vista la situazione eccezionale, ho contattato l’hotel per richiedere gentilmente una cancellazione. Purtroppo la mia richiesta è stata rifiutata senza alcuna flessibilità o comprensione. A peggiorare la situazione è stato l’atteggiamento scortese e poco disponibile del personale della reception con cui ho parlato. Mancava completamente l’empatia – ed è stato davvero deludente. Capisco che esistano delle politiche da seguire, ma credo che in casi eccezionali come questo dovrebbero prevalere l’umanità e la compassione. Purtroppo, qui non ho trovato nulla di tutto ciò. Per questo motivo, non posso raccomandare questo hotel.
