The room maintenance service wasnt the best experience. They went to make the bed and clean and let us without towels.

Good location, but apar**ents are in urgent need of update. Furnishings are old/deffective, the HVAC needs updating, humidity is just uncontrolled even with the a/c and the age is showing badly… Too bad as for close to $200 a night is not up to expectations. On the bright side, the staff was attentive and courteous and parking was adequate.

We loved this property it is beautiful. I do not understand the negative reviews, the people are so friendly the facility is beautiful. Yes there's a couple things that maybe could be addressed in the room but I think all of us might find that in our own homes. It was a wonderful facility I would highly recommend it

The shower was clogged with hair and appeared not to be cleaned. The driveway was not labeled well. There were no blankets in the room.

This property is dated and it can definitely use an update, I saw a cockroach in our room. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom and one of the faucets in the sink does not work. They provide dishes but no soap or dish cloths. The fridge freezer, was iced up. The location is great, what we liked was that there were outdoor activities like, golf, pickle ball, lots of pool tables, and some nice restaurants' in walking distance. There is a Casio if that is your thing.

We're from Oklahoma City Oklahoma and this is our first time staying at the Aquarius. We arrived around 11:45 a.m. and check in wasn't until 4:00 p.m. we were greeted and allowed to pre-check in with Beach passes, towel passes and ****** passes! We were able to leave our luggage in a safe place while we explored the property. We were able to check in 2 hours before actual check-in with the help of the hotel staff. Best hotel, best experience.

Disappointed in this property. There were leaks in the ceiling and they had buckets set out to catch thebwater. My room was old and out dated. It was consistently wet from condensation. So much so that the walls were wet and our clothes in our suitcases stayed damp. Very limited food options. Bathtub barely drrained. We stayed for 2 days and checked out 2 days early and changed hotels. It was overall very much downgraded from how it's presented online. I have never complained about a property before, and I was so dissatisfied that I requested a refund for the 2 days that missed after checking out early and was refused due to their no-refund policy. I was told that I should have just asked for another room, but why would I want to stay at a property that I was so dissatisfied with? It seems like for the sake of customer service, they would have honored my requst. Especially considering that I have pictures and video to support my complaints. I do not recommend this property, and will never stay there again. The only saving grace is that outside of refusing to refund any of my money, the staff was super nice.
