Amazing place where we went for our honeymoon after safari. Service is top notch and food is incredible

This place is terrific. Personal, tailored service from start to finish. From management (Siriak, operations manager) through everyone on the staff, well, team, there is a keen desire to make sure your experience is perfect. The setting is stunning. The accommodations are beautiful and thoughtfully designed and executed. We have a few dietary issues that were 1) inquired about, and 2) taken very seriously. Quality of food is outstanding. I give this place my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

We had a spectacularly relaxing week at The Palms. There are seven gorgeous villas, each with their own cabana and plunge pool. The villas are very spacious with excellent air conditioning. The staff were all very welcoming and the food was always delicious. We were very sad to leave.

Wonderful place, quite small but with big, comfortable beautiful houses. Close to the beach where you have your own cabana. Wonderful service and terrific surroundings. Closeby you have Barazza and Breezes hotels where you can find gym, spa and tennis! Only take a couple of minutes walk to get there. The Palms only have eight houses, which means that you really can relax and enjoy a place without a lot of tourists all around! We were really sad to leave this wonderful place and can absolutely recommend this if you want something extra. The tide is something special, but you need shoes when you walk in the ocean due to many seaurchins! We will definitely come back!

One of the most wonderful places to stay. This was our second visit to The Palms and we were not disappointed. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel special and nothing was too much trouble. Just 7 exclusive villas, pool and personal beach side bandas. The staff and management are the best! If you want a place that will really make you feel like royalty then this is it! The food is amazing - lots of delicious, fresh seafood, great choices and an well chosen wine list. This is the place to come if you really want to relax and be pampered. You also have access to the neighbouring hotels facilities (Breezes and Baraza). We used the spa and gym at Baraza. The beach here is beautiful white sand as far as the eye can see. There is also access to a dive centre, watersports with kayaks, Hobie's and snorkelling etc. The Ops Manager Siriak and his team (Jackson, Maulid, Kibi, Mlacha, Ngasa, Chef William to mention just a few!) were totally wonderful. We really hope to visist again soon!

We have just returned from the most Unique Hotel , we have ever stayed in ! From the moment you arrive the welcome is overwhelming ! Fatima on reception so warm and inviting with kind nice smile ! The general manager Siriak making sure every day your stay is going well , and making sure anything you need is covered , to making spa reservations, and to organising trips to Stone town (which is a must ) The villas are completely on another level ! I was lost for words when we saw the villa :-) Every one of the bar staff Ngasa and his amazing smile ! , Maulid, Jackson! Who make sure your glasses aren’t empty Also to all the chefs who make everyday the most delicious food , 5 course every evening house keeping and the hard work they put in , the gardeners to the security guards, especially Everest who make sure all safe on the beach , we went to the spa and Had the sultans bath wow wow the ladies are extremely good at their job Nuch and Nara at the Baraza Ten out of ten !!! This small intimate most beautiful Peaceful purest of hotels Will stay in my heart forever We will definitely Be back Hakuna Matata xxx Zanzibar see you very soon
